The foods greasy and the staff look like they are on work release. Watched the man wipe his sweat and box and cut my pizza all while standing there. And the owner stands and acts oblivious to the unsanitary conditions. Why are the papa johns closing in RI?

Not at all what it used to be. When I worked there almost 10 years ago as a teen , the quality of everything was 5x higher than it is now. Even the dough seems different. Post Rd location in RI at least.

Consistently getting the order wrong. When I politely pointed it out I was told I could not receive a refund because I ordered on the Papa John’s app. They offered to remake it but I did not have another 20 minutes to wait. I’m forced to hope they remember to credit my account for now the third time and I have to go back there. In lieu of getting an order correct I would have preferred a refund. On top of that the associate was yelling and throwing empty pizza boxes around. I get that things are tough and I was polite (it’s just pizza after all) but I’m not really interested in giving them another chance to burn my money either. Buyer beware!

Decided to give PJs a try for the first time after seeing them sponsor SSBM events. Along with never having PJs before I’ve never thrown pizza out before either. Brutally undercooked, missing half the vegies on the vegie pie. Wanted to like them for my go to cheap pizza place, but I cant do it.

I know it’s a papa John’s and I’m not expecting much but I have ordered from here three times and it’s been pretty bad each time. First time pizza was super saucy it was actually sloppy and gross to eat. Second time I ordered it was meh at the best. Third time I ordered the pizza was suppose to be well done it was barely cooked and arrived uncut both pizzas and desert uncut. I have ordered at other Papa John’s and have had much better experience. Papa John’s Warwick def sucks the big one.

I won’t quite give 5 stars, but my experience wasn’t bad. The only thing I that bothered me was the fact I ordered a 2-liter of Dr. Pepper but got a Schweppes Ginger Ale instead. I’ll let it slide because I like ginger ales and haven’t had any for a while. All things considered, I’ll be ordering from this location again at some point. 🙂

I’ve ordered three times too many here. Delivery takes FOREVERRRRR. It estimated a half hour and each time takes over an hour. Last time food was super sloppy and cold. This time we requested well done. It’s underdone if anything! Also, my pizza wasn’t even cut! Wth?! How do you not cut a pizza??

Disappointed. I ordered a Tuscan 6 cheese pizza on a stuffed crust. I received a Xtra cheese pizza on a stuffed crust. I have had a Tuscan 6 cheese before. The manager took my order too. If they could not put it in the computer they should have told me we could not do it.
