I went in to get dinner tonight after a particularly rough afternoon and the nice girl at the counter was super professional and very friendly. I saw that they were a little short staffed and busy but I wasn’t in a rush. Something happened with my pizza and they remade it right away and apologized. Their professionalism is something wonderful in this location and I will certainly be back!

We ordered online for pickup at dinner time. So they were dealing with a rush. I had to wait for what seemed a while, I guess but the staff kept me fully informed. They let me know when my pizza was going in the oven and when to expect and let me know when it was coming out. The manager apologized for the wait, thanked me for my patience etc. I was impressed with the transparency and overall level of communication.

Every once in awhile I just crave their sweet pizza sauce and taste. I do hate that I feel all their phone calls are transferred to India or some other country. Makes for a confusing phone call and overly long phone call. I shoukd just be able to place a call for a pizza for pick up leave my name and number and that’s it. But nope, I get some crazily broken English speaking person asking me over and over again which papa John’s location I’m calling and constantly trying to upsell me on apps and bigger pizzas. It shouldn’t take me 10-15 minutes to place a pick up order.

Ordered a medium onion pizza with stuffed crust. $22 and yeah not so much! Won’t go there again. Also time given was about 15″ over actually pick up time. Topping,onions,was so very “weak”

Impressions from the institution are terrible. I made an order more than a year ago, but the courier calls and says that I will not be able to come, it is raining. (Very strange). I think ok, I come and see that my order is not ready. The employees of the institution are very attentive to my questions and requests. I have never seen worse service anywhere!!!!

She isvery calm talks put load and helps hr staff, they work as a team! I worked at Domino’s during covid. I loved my job and what I did. I was working two full time’s.
