Ordered door dash delivery 8/4/2023 … I cannot even discuss how much I love whomever prepared and made my order. I paid for extra pepperoncini ‘s and I got them! Other locations have sometimes dropped the ball on this.. the pizza is also amazing (bbq chicken) .. it’s unfortunate but maybe a good thing I’ve indulged in 2 adult beverages (hence the door dash)… why you ask? because I would drive to this location and give whoever made my order all my money. Maybe even a marriage proposal. A million out of 10

Called in for a New Yorker Pizza, the woman that took my order wanted me to do a survey before I even received my order. She kept asking me if I wanted anything else! 4 times I told her NO! After the third time I told her NO she asked me are you sure you don’t want this or that? Naming everything on the menu! Then I asked her HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU NO LADY? NO! Honestly, I would have given them 5-stars a month ago. They have recently switched to delivering with Doordash to avoid paying for employees. Unfortunately this means food delivered arrives cold, soggy, and inedible. I had an order that took an hour from “on it’s way” to actually being delivered, and the food was not stored in an insulated bag… I almost refused to take it, and I had to microwave the pizza to heat it up. Any business that uses DoorDash to deliver is a business I will not support.

Only pizza place where the delivery drivers do not have to leave their cars and knock on the door so if they have the wrong phone number you just won’t get your order. i suggest you just order from a real delivery place if you want your food!!
