The best Papa John’s I’ve had in a long time… I forgo ordering from my local Papa John’s in West Orange. Instead, I DoorDash it and order from this one in Newark because the pizza is way better! I know it’s chain pizza, but sometimes it’s late, and hunger wins.

Decide to order from this location. Setup a time for delivery 6:15pm 2 hours before this time. The pizza did not arrive under 7:45pm. Attempted to contact the store before the delivery came and the manager was totally unprofessional. The manager answer the phone “ugh papa John’s” who answer’s a business phone like that. Did not seem to be concerned about my issue and say it will get there when it gets there. By the time we got the items they where cold and it seem like it was made on time just never got to is on time.
