I am always fan of Papa John’s pizza. Whenever I visit Paterson downtown, this this my go to place. Pizzas are always fresh and hot whenever I have placed an order. Only thing I’m am missing is that I wish they bring back that community or local deals. I use to grab those even while wasn’t planning on eating papa John’s. Price and deals are decent, currently regular deals are available with the decent price. This place gets the pizza ready on time and does not delay the order.

I specifically ordered The Tuscan six cheese, This is not to my liking at all. The manager did not offer to remake my pie, or request to have a look to return the pie or anything. Highly unsatisfied just lost a customer. I spent $65 in total purchased two large pies, 8-Piece hot wings with cheese-stixs for my Tuscan pie to be all wrong. I was mot offered a refund or an exchange. The worst i am very sad as much as i love food.

At 1st they got my order wrong I was missing one cheese pie and chicken bites. I called them to put in a complaint they told me the manager will get to me. He never got to me! ♀️So eventually I went to the restaurant. This was about 2 days later. The manager was there when I got there and I told him what had happened. He was nice.. And fulfilled my order. So overall they messed up my order but the manager fixed it ♀️
