Ordered 2 large pizzas. One half pepperoni/bacon the other half steak/pepperoni (I know I could have gotten 1 full pepperoni ♀️)…..both pizzas had basically no toppings on them, they wereso scarce. I didn’t call because the family was hungry and didn’t want to wait for a replacement. I don’t think we’ll order from them again.

Placed a delivery order weeks ago that never arrived. Have been more than fair about this, asking for nothing more than a simple refund. Took two weeks to get any kind of reply from them, and they said that they would process the refund. Two more weeks have gone by, and nothing. Finally got another reply and they said that I had to file a complaint through Door Dash. Why? I didn’t place an order through Door Dash. I don’t even have a Door Dash account! These people are out and out thieves. Do not spend a cent with these scumbags.

Papa John is trying to kill me! I ordered 2 plain pizzas and when my daughter took a bite there were pieces of sausage buried underneath the cheese! I am highly allergic! The cheese must be dirty for this to of happened. I called them numerous times with no answer! I will NEVER order from them again!

I’ve been going to this location for many years because the quality of the food and the service were both very good. Unfortunately, it looks like they are very short staffed lately, which has resulted in inconsistency in the taste of the food, the accuracy of the orders, and the length of time it takes to complete the orders. As a result, it’s not one of my primary options anymore.

I must be insane. Because I occasionally to order from this papa Johns and EVERY TIME it’s the same issue. There’s one person working, buried in a mountain of boxes and labels. However long your order says expect to wait, add an additional 45-hour. I feel sorry for the ONE employee who shows up, he definitely isn’t paid enough to deal with frustrated customers one after the other.

Absolutely horrendous!! Ordered two pizzas and the cheese sticks for delivery got it and it’s was a complete mess! Go to call the store to ask for the order to be resent… I called 6 times and no answer!!!! I’ve had issues with this store previously but everyone has off days. This however is completely unacceptable with the amount of money spent and the pizza is destroyed upon arrival!!!

I love Papa John’s but have experienced horrible food from other locations. I’m new to the area and have ordered twice so far from this location. The young men on staff are great. If I could though make a suggestion though, Papa John’s in general should upgrade their wings.
