Absolutely terrible. The pizza is as big as a Personal pizza and who ever cut this has no idea how to cut pizza. They gave me the wrong change. The place is so dirty now and there’s new owners who acted like I’m dumb bc they don’t know how to give change back. Will never order here again.

I would rate worse if I could. This Papa Johns makes me hate the franchise. Papa Johns isn’t exactly high dining, but this Papa Johns is worse than the worst rest stop fast food. I have mistakenly ordered from this establishment more than once, and somehow I receive worse service each time.

Will not order from here ever again. Went to pick up my order, staff member said it’s in the oven. Waited another 15 minutes asked where my food was and they said oh we don’t have any wings so we didn’t make your order. This has happened several times. Go elsewhere bc they often cancel orders.

I got off work last night after doing a double hungry wanted some pizza of course I chose Papa John’s because I love their pizza. Anyway order took a little longer than usual so I called wasn’t upset just wanted to check on the status . Excellent customer service spoke with a nice gentleman that assured me it was on its way. Then a few minutes later I received a phone call from the Gm and when I tell you that this man went out of his way to make sure my pizza arrived and it was hot and delicious as usual . He went above and beyond and that something that you don’t see a lot of anymore.. When my pizza arrived he wrote a letter not typed but a hand written note to apologize for the delay. The level of professionalism that he showed is to be commended..

This location is awful. We ordered at 12 am on a Friday when friends were over. Didn’t get the pizza until 2 am 🙂 We asked the delivery driver what the hold up was and he could not help us because he was a DoorDasher, not a papa John’s employee. We tried to call the store multiple times and there was no answer. By the time it got there everyone was exhausted and not even hungry. Not to mention the pizzas were small and tasted awful. They were 2 topping pizzas and barely had any toppings. We contacted customer service for a refund and they told us they would contact us in 48 hours. A week had gone by and we called again. They said it would be another 48 hours. It now has been a week since then and still no one has helped us! AWFUL pizza. AWFUL customer service. Never ordering from here again.

Our pizza and wings were first supposed to arrive after 25 minutes, but then I got a call it was going to take 45 minutes, which is fine. I understand delays happen. Well the pizza didn’t arrive for an hour and 20 minutes, and I was ordering from directly across the street. The pizza was cold when it arrived. The delivery driver didn’t bother calling me to let me know that he was here and left the food on the hotel floor in front of the door. Buffalo wings were warm but rubbery. Overall, not a good experience. Don’t recommend this location.

Bought and paid for pizza, wings, extra garlic sauce and a pepsi online. Only pizza was delivered. Called the store and they did not answer. After several attempts to contact them I drove to the store where I was told that there was nothing they could do. Bad management and terrible customer service.

Wife ordered from here around 6:30pm, said it would be delivered between 6:55pm and 7:01pm, 7:05 rolls around and my wife calls to check on the delivery, it says 20 more minutes, really? 1 hour on a MONDAY? She asked to speak to a manager and he was EXTREMELY rude, when asked for his name he didn’t say anything, we will NEVER be ordering from papa John’s again. Which is sad because I used to love it.
