Ordered 6 pies, on a discounted price. The place was so cheap, and lied out of stock, when asked for red pepper and plates. I got 6 pies today, no plates, and red pepper. When another person in the shop tried to help me, the cashier quietly signallled him not to do so . Stay away from this place. Very cheap. My last time here. Not going to this place anymore.

This was my very first time ordering from Pappa John’s and using their online system. I ordered a thin cheese pizza which cost approximately $17.98 and Ginger ale; total cost $20.00. I found an online 25% Off coupon I saved$5.77. I’d ordered the thin crust which was a first. I didn’t like the appearance of the pie. It was delicious to my surprised My family enjoyed it to. This was our family movie night dinner. We will definitely have more Pappy John’s pizza on our family movie nights.

i have been a very loyal customer to this Papa Johns in east windsor for about a year now. i’ve ordered a few dozen amount of times for myself, friends and family. i’d say the pizza was delivered with good quality and condition 50% of the time. what saddens me is that they have made many mistakes in countless of orders i’ve put in. for instance.. i always tell them that i want the wings well done, and i receive it them barely cooked at all. another problem i have is that i always tell them to put the normal amount of sauce/cheese and they either over flood it with cheese/ barely put any cheese at all, or they over flood it with sauce or put no sauce at all. about 8 times or so, they’ve put almost no sauce whatsoever in the pizza even after given instructions on how i’d like the pizza. two times i’ve ordered from here for delivery, i’ve even had the driver ask if i was going to tip, imagine how awkward that is to ask a customer and especially for the customer! that’s an absolute 0% tip! even then, i always have hope for this particular store since there are good times just as there are bad and everybody deserves chances. i mean it’s just pizza for crying out loud. if you’ve read until now, good; now i will tell you why i’m giving it a one star and why i don’t recommend this particular store to ANYBODY in this area looking to order pizza. yesterday i ordered a pizza with specific basic instructions on how i’d like my pizza made. my pizza came with almost No cheese at all, the little cheese it had was hardened and stale – the pepperoni just cracked and had literally no bite to it at all it was as if they were crisps. and my pizza did NOT come with ANY type of sauce whatsoever. I called the store and talked with the manager. and he was rude, called me a liar. and had the audacity to argue with a customer. why would i waste time out of my life to argue for a $13 dollar pizza if i was lying! i reported it to doordash, showed photo evidence of everything – got a full refund plus another free $30 of credits and apologies from their team, the doordash team who had nothing to even do with the horrible service of this papa johns store – meanwhile the actual store didn’t give a single care in the world! you lost a customer. feels bad. after how furious the phone call was, i have a feeling the manager is going to reply to all of this and call me a liar which is why i’m glad i had everything recorded and it will be going straight to youtube! if this gets a reply, i’m making another comment with the link. don’t make yourself look even more immature than you did on the phone, Mr “manager”. some manager you are. I called them at 11:29 pm they took my order and they said just hold down we will be back with you but they never pick up our cal who picked our cal he got a lot of attitude he was so rude we always order pizza they never give us chilly paper or oregano they don’t try to order from them I got bad experience it’s not done yet this people will get more reviews

I ordered for a pick up. Ordered 2 pizzas which was one of the new deals any large for 12 dollars. Went to the place and person in front said my total was 32 dollars and some change? I asked why and he said that i got the first pizza I got for 12 but the second pizza I got charged regular price! I also noticed that 90 percent of the workers there were high school kids. I usually have no problems with pap johns but this store in east windsor I would never order again.
