Absolutely horrible after the guy gives me the wrong order and driving 15 min since they don’t deliver to my location when I get to the store manager tells me now I have to go all the way home after telling me keep the food that I need to return it to get my refund so after 3 15 min trips and a hour out of my day and horrible service I get 40 bucks back for a hole two pizzas Absolutely horrible experience

I honestly don’t understand all of the low ratings and negative reviews. I almost didn’t order from here because of them but I opted to give it a shot and am glad I did. The gentlemen who was working greeted me promptly as I entered. He had my order prepared, exactly as ordered. The food was cooked in the amount of time that was estimated and tasted good. The transaction was quick and efficient and I couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Had the worst experience at a pizza take-out ever! Wife ordered the pizza at 8:13PM and made payment on credit card, was given 20 minutes (8:33PM) for pick-up time. When I arrived, was told my pizza wasn’t ready because, while they close at 10PM, they had decided to close early and were calling everyone to cancel. Upon asking to see a manager, a bearded African American guy shows up and said he will refund my money (condescendingly, as though he was doing me a favor!) and refused to explain or even give his name when asked, told me to leave the store or he would call the cops–end of discussion!

New owners, you can really tell the difference; still working some things out but the change is noticeable and all the reviews from 6 months ago or later are not the same company. Customer service is way better, the orders are made good and correctly, deliveries are actually hot when they get here. I’ll give them another try as long as they keep it up.

Papa John’s Pizza is the best! For $8 you can get 1 large with extra topping, for $10 you can get 1 large with 2 extra toppings. Their dough is always soft so you get the full flavor of the toppings. One extra topping of cheese makes the pizza ooze with flavor.The next day the dough is still soft and the toppings are still delicious. 1,000 times better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut. You’ll love it!
