Ordered pizza with spinach tomato Alfredo crust and garden veggie papa bowl. Pizza had very few toppings and the garden veggie papa bowl is barely in the tray. See pictures. For the price it is a rip off. Stop using this Papa John’s. They are ripping off for the price paid.

Extremely poor customer service. I waited by the register and not one person acknowledge that I was there. Finally, he told me to wait until he fulfilled Two pizza orders. Then the guy had trouble entering my order and I waited a good 4 minutes until he finally was able to tell me the total. I never got a receipt. I noticed that not one person wore gloves even after they came from what appears to be the walk in fridge. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed by the orders. I did notice they were hiring for various positions. I was told to return in 15-20 minutes. I decided to kill time at the Dollar General. I returned within 20 minutes and one of my pies was not ready. As I waited, a woman paid for her order and was waiting. As she was paying using the cc machine, the guy left towards the back. She finished her transaction and waited. She had to ask the guy if that was it and he said yes. Total lack of customer service. I was just waiting to get out of there. If you can, run the other way.

Absolutely the worst pizza and service ever. I ordered Shaq pepperoni and got an extra large pizza with zero pepperoni. I called to complain and the manager said “you didn’t order pepperoni and you took it off”. I said so why does my receipt show I ordered pepperoni, Then when he finally said i was right, proceeded to tell me for 5 minutes why he was giving me a credit for “next time” and then i had to tell him he had to send another pizza tonight. He then spent another 5 minutes telling me it was going to take 40 minutes to get another pizza to me. HORRIBLE!!! The manager and owner are scams. A $93 order and the driver got a hefty tip and their service and product are trash. They need to close down this location immediately.

Don’t eat here. I saw the employee drop a meatball on the floor, put it back on the pizza and slide the pizza in the oven. When I addressed the manager he said she made a mistake, it’s her first day, really. When do you learn to not put meatballs from the floor on pizza you’re selling to customers, week 2. I ordered online and went to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes for them to check that they had never got an order. I assumed the delivery app was at fault. I called them only to find out that it was Papa John’s that weren’t picking up their phone calls. Not the only bad experience I’ve had here. Had them also tell me I was too far from them when I was just down the road. I had to call a much further location.
