This is the most garbage and unorganized papa johns that I have ever seen and ordered from. The employees are straight trash. These are people that come from a third world country and have no appreciation what a real job is or how it works. Perth Amboy as a whole is beyond straight trash, and for a franchise like papa johns to choose to open up there is a clown show. The people that live in Perth Amboy are stuck in a place where nothing changes and they’ve accepted the fact that they’re aren’t going nowhere. It’s so sad that no matter what type of business you open in Perth Amboy it will always be trash. The people there just can’t find a way to move forward in life and seek a better and brighter future in a world that has so much opportunity. A few weeks ago, my friends and I ordered a pizza at approximately 8:30PM. For delivery, it would be 1 hour, which is fine. At 10PM, our food had not arrived, but the website said it was out for delivery at 9:30PM. I called the store and spoke with the manager. I asked the manager if he had an estimated time of arrival since I only live 5 minutes away from the store. His exact words of pure professionalism were “nah bro”. Never have I thought that a manager would exemplify professionalism as such (please take note of the sarcasm). At 11PM, I got a call from another star professional of this establishment who said verbatim “yo, your pizza’s here”.

Terrible delivery, driver gave my order to someone else and when asked to correct it spoke to a manager named Falcan or something in there native language and told me another driver would come very shortly which was also a lie then proceeded to call the store with no luck…….terrible customer service

Had the most amazing experience at this establishment. the staff were extremely hardworking and cooperative. The skinny brown boy complemented my designer shirt and the Spanish guy put extra chicken on my papadias on the house. Safe to say I won’t be eating at any other pizza establishment besides this. Ordered two 2 topping pizzas, one with pepperoni that they didnt even put on at all, and the rest of the toppings were very scarce it was mostly cheese. Not to mention I paid an extra 3 dollars for 3 cheeses on one pizza and they didnt even add it even though I paid for it. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the food was still pretty good. Never ordering here again tho. You’re welcome whoever I tipped

But they did forgot my pizza the first time and only gave me the cheesesticks and wings, but honest mistake and the delivery man came back with the pizza and apologized for the inconvenience.
