Had take out 2 days apart from this Papa John’s. Great service first night,, didn’t get the name of the associate that helped us. A day later Srutess helped us ..Quality guy ..food was awesome. When youre having a craving, a bad day , going through life changes, or just in the mood for some deliciousness, the only place to call is Papa John’s. The team members are friendly, polite, prompt, and kind. God bless the team at Papa John’s Highland Park for making the pandemic palatable! I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust tonight with some bites and jalapeno to snack on and it’s delicious! Papa John’s Pizza – simply the best, better than all the rest. ☝️

I placed the order last night always receive the food nice yesterday the mass of the food he wasn’t cooked properly comparable to the store manager assured me issue the credit but I didn’t see anything so I called back today and they did not do anything. This is another way to the business if you’re not taking care of regular customer. There was an amazing deal for a few days 1 topping medium pizza for just $2.99! Plus it allowed up to 3 pies per visit, so ended up getting the max. But when I had it it was a bit disappointing. They put a lot of cheese and barely any sauce. I usually go here ever now and then and it usually has pretty good pizza but that night the cheap pizza wasn’t even half as good as the norm. I know it’s super cheap but at least they should have made it half decent…

I would give it 0 stars if I could. We got our food delivered around 8pm, paid in cash and the driver left. He came back at 11pm… 11pm!!! asking for money for the food. He continued to spam our doorbell and phones for 20 minutes before finally leaving when we said we were calling the police and had video proof showing we paid. He kept demanding that we open the door to talk to him instead of through our video doorbell. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. We called the branch while he was at the door as well and the person that picked up said that they don’t know what’s going on and we need to deal with the driver directly and hung up…

Disgusting management. Does not know how to take care of their customers. Employees show up hours after delivery asking for money. Don’t waste your time/money/patience with them. Manager will just hang up on you. There’s better pizza elsewhere anyways.

Call them just to order cheese sticks light on the butter sauce whatever they spread that they use I had to jump through hoops to answer five questions and suggest selling to other stuff yeah I’m so done with this store they gotten worse and worse trying to sell you other stuff when you just want one thing you tell them and he doesn’t understand or the person on the phone don’t understand what you want and he’s going to set past the phone to somebody else’s

I didn’t get his name, but one of the delivery drivers helped me move a heavy piece of furniture upstairs into my apartment. He seriously made my entire night. I offered to pay but he declined. The people who work at this Papa John’s are amazing people and are a wonderful part of the Highland Park community. I cannot recommend them any higher.
