I went to pick up my order, they brought it to the counter, and when I wanted to pay with card instead of cash, they cancelled the order completely, without taking responsibility. They claimed the system cancelled it; customer service told me the store cancelled it.

How should I compare this papa johns then the ones back in southern California. If I was able to give customer service and pizza quality 10 stars, I would do so. Not sure if the older gentleman was the owner, judging by the front door sign of “family owned” business, the gentlemen had great customer service and was a very nice person. He had offered me other pizzas for a price that was affordable but I was not able to finish all the pizza so I had kindly declined. My girlfriend is very picky on food especially pizza, she was in love with the pizza. She stated the pizza was made the way pizza is suppose to be made. Happy girlfriend, happy life. I give this papa johns 5/5 stars. Will highley come back.

Came here last week. I was practically treated like family. Loved the quality of the food. When I took the leftover pizza and wings home, the owner was present and even got the food packed for us. Would definitely recommend this branch over any other. Personally have had good experiences with delivery as well. I have no idea what the other 1 stars are for unfortunately. We ordered here one night for dinner, have had the pizza b4 and liked it. This particular night we ordered and they took about 2hrs to deliver I called the store an hour earlier and they told me that we gave them the wrong address which wasn’t true. I told them we were still waiting for our order and they took yet another hour to deliver. We didn’t get our order till 12am and the food was cold the delivery driver was rude. I live about 10 minutes away from this Papa John’s in Port Chester New York and it took them 2hrs,I called the phone number they give you to call with any complaints and they didn’t pickup the phone I called several times and got nobody, I finally just sent them an email explaining what had happened. Some one called me and I explained everything that had happened, they were very professional and apologized for what had happened and told me that they would look into it, they also said that I would get reimbursed for my order. End of story I never got reimbursed . I will never order from this Papa John’s in Port Chester New York ever again Thanks Papa John’s.

Delivery was very fast! However, I ordered a small gluten free crust cheese pizza, and a small gluten free crust “The Works” pizza and the quality of both the pizzas was terrible! To begin with, both of the pizzas had obviously been burned and the crust was disappointingly hard! They were both cut in the most awkwardly, un-even slices, and both pizzas had a very unpleasant taste! The pizzas were nothing like the mouth-watering advertisement showed! I had a terrible experience with this pizzeria and I do not recommend ordering from here to anyone.

Ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and bread sticks for 3 people. We all wanted cheese dipping sauce so the order was made to have a total of 4 cheese sauces total. They decided to just give us what they wanted so we only got 2 sauces. Thanks to the boxes being taped shut, this wasn’t discovered until we got the food inside. Promptly called the store and was told that they would send the driver back with the sauces soon as he got back. Well it’s been 90 minutes since I called and nobody has shown back up. Papa John’s literally stole from me at this point, considering you have to pay extra for the sauces. I will never order from here again, this location SUCKS!

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. The worst pizza I have ever had. It was all sweet. We ordered cheese pizza, garlic sticks and garlic knots.. evertthing was sweet. We asked for the extra pepper and the manager Nouman with attitude said we will have to pay extra and he cannot do anything about sweetness of the pizza. This manager will take papa johns down for sure. Papa Johns better look at your staff at this place.
