Just ordered Garlic Bread sticks from here. Received my order and the marinera sauce was spoiled ( you can see the white mold in the photo) like actually spoiled with mold in it and it smelled like sour rotten tomatoes. The bread sticks had no seasoning on them and the butter was liquidy and sour!!! When I called to complain, the lady said it’s hot so the sauce could be spoiled and she said she doesn’t have time to hear complaints bc she has other orders. She said at least the bread sticks was warm….. Like WHAT I’m shocked. She said to call next day and complain to manager Parvez bc she barely works here and doesn’t know much Abt anything…why are you working there?! Who hired you?! I can’t even begin to describe how awful this feels.

Ok so I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes which is the reason I will make the time to write this review since im still on hold. Their phone system is so antiquated and a waste of time and it’s fast food for a reason and being that you don’t call fast food for quality, this is truly just a waste of time. Order online but me? I’m not ordering at all thanks for wasting my time – this is second time I’ve asked ya’ll to address the phone system in place.

Absolutely disgusting. The last few times I ordered from here the pizza has been a mess, you pick up a slice and the cheese and toppings fall right off. And the taste can’t even make up for what a mess it is. Never ordering from here again. I’ve given them too many chances and I’m always let down. Wish I could get a refund I paid $20 on this garbage.

Unbelievable! Our order has taken over an hour to arrive and is still not here! When we called the manager they weren’t sure when we would get our order and told us that we cannot cancel it! Will never order from Papa John’s again, from now on Dominos will be my go to! Do better Papa John’s!

I ordered pizza from this location but there was a hair in it which was by mistake of course. So I called and they were so nice to actually replace the pizza and come to my home and deliver it. I would definitely order again. Great customer service, they actually listened to me and fixed the issue.

Ordered a Philly steak pizza on a thin crust, I ordered it clean cut. When it arrived to my house it looked very dry and there was pieces of bacon and sausage ?! Mixed in with the steak I was disgusted since I do not eat pork I tossed the whole pizza. Do not come here if you are Muslim or Jewish because it seems like they mix all the meats together
