Normally they have great pizza and fast delivery, I didn’t realize it until I went to track my order it said 146mins. I thought no way this tracker cannot be right, we’ll I ordered at 755 and it’s now 923 and no food. It’s not a holiday nor is weather bad. I live down the block from them literally, tracker still says preparing not even in oven

We order pizza every weekend when we visit my parents house in Long Island and this is definitely the best spot in the area. I used to order from this store a while ago and it was mediocre, but the management has changed and they clearly put a lot of work in for quick service and good quality pizza. I’ve never had to wait more than 35 minutes for my pizza delivery, while the Dominos 2 blocks from the house takes 1.5 hours to deliver. Even when we go for store pick up, the owner greets the customers personally. Highly recommend checking out their monthly specials too! (:

Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When it finally get here it was barely even warm and when we called the store to try and see the status of our order nobody picked up the phone. Pizza was below Papa John’s advertised quality.

I ordered from here on multiple occasions while my buddies and I have poker night. Every time the order is wrong. Almost every time the toppings aren’t right or the pizza is majorly under cooked. I tried multiple times to call the store and was told the manager would call me back and never did. Being a business owner myself I was very taken back by the unprofessionalism of another business owner knowing how the world of business goes. I finally after multiple attempts to reach him or her turned around and called the cooperate office where I spoke with Liz and even though she had no power she was amazing on a customer service/professional end. After almost 3 weeks of dealing with this issue the manager now claims I never bought pizza from him. How unprofessional can one business be. Very sad and shows a lot about the people running this store. Let’s see if cooperate addresses this finally after dealing with this issue on a professional end for a company that’s a multi million dollar industry and a very unsatisfied customer for almost 3 week now. Very sad.

I like the taste of this pizza but customer service is not good at this location(posting after several negative interactions) . I called in an order and went to pick up after 15 minuets like the order taker said; when I got there, the order taker(sole employee )had only started making my 1st pie- touching everything around him answering the phone without washing hands. I had to walk out..It looks like the employee is overworked and the customers are getting brunt of it. Thumbs down poor customer service and unsanitary conditions inside.
