I ordered pizza from this location off of Uber eats I paid close to 20 dollars I ordered Buffalo chicken pie regular crust they sent me grilled chicken with pepperoni and onions on a thin crust pie when I called the location a lady named mini answered and told me she made the pie and she sent me my correct order and then when I asked her name repeatedly she didn’t tell me and hung up the phone then I called back and asked again and that’s when she told me and then said her manager comes in tomorrow or the following day such bad service and to think someone like that is making my food disgusting

On line says they are open to till 1. Place an order for pick up and says they are closed for pick up. Ask if they can deliver, says they can deliver but we are one block out side their radius to which they can deliver.

Please fix online ordering payments. You lost $55 cause it’s still down. This has been an issue pretty consistently since march 2022. Not going out of my way to pay you so figure it out or the entire papa johns company is gonna start hemorrhaging money. It’s not just this location. Stocks dropped under 100 prob because of this.

I visited this location only to pick up and deliver. Employees held me up for 10 minutes before they realized the item they gave me was the wrong one. Also, Long Island has great pizza places. Papa Johns is not one of them.

My boyfriend and I just ordered from here. It was my first time having Papa John’s and his first time in a while. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. They didn’t forget anything and the prices were awesome, especially with the deals they have on their app. My first time experiencing Papa John’s was definitely not a disappointment and we’ll be ordering again for sure! That garlic sauce is to die for, by the way.
