I had an issue with my food not being delivered on time I called and spoke to the Navid and he was able to accommodated me! But the delivery driver needs to work on his driving skills because when my late pizza was arriving I was crossing the street to go to my local convenience and when the driver was turning onto my block he was speeding and almost hit me

The guy making pizza was nice but he was NOT wearing gloves while making pizzas. He came to the counter, used computer and whatnot and went back to making pizza with the same hands while i stood there. Highly disappointed. Please enforce proper hygiene.

I really wanted to eat pizza and since I never tasted Papa John’s Pizza, I wanted to give it a try. I ordered online for pickup. My online ordering experience was excellent, there was even a deal : a large pizza with two toppings and brownies for 15$ ( without taxes ) , so I took it. The pizza was ready after 25 mins exactly the time that they set. They sent me a text message as soon as it was done and I went to pick up. Back home, I wasn’t disappointed at all while eating the pizza. It was delicious! The garlic sauce given with the pizza was so tasty and the brownies was divine. Overall I really enjoyed and I recommend it to each and every person who want to eat a great pizza.

Lol food was good. Guy that delivered it right now has some balls. Says “5 minutes. 10 minutes. Too far” we are maybe 10 minutes from papa johns. I’m sorry you weren’t supposed to deliver tonight but don’t bring your bad mood to my house. Wish i could redact a tip bc he doesn’t deserve the 4!!!!! Dollars I tipped. no not a lot. But I’m a whole 20 minute trip there and back for 4$ plus delivery . Get a new job if youre unhappy

I was overly polite because I knew I had a complaint. Didn’t matter, the man working there (Raj) was nasty from the get go. Even after I showed him what I received and that it wasn’t inline with previously purchased items (I’ve had Papadias from there before) nor the item’s description, namely “…extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The toppings are spread all the way to the edge…” for the XL Shaq-a-Roni pie. He said he didn’t know who made them and offered to make them again but, I asked and he said “they won’t be any different”. He then offered a 20oz soda. I politely refused it, walked to my vehicle and realized I’d be crazy to pay for this. I brought it back inside and he angrily gave me a refund. I was looking at my phone, for my banking app to note the refund when he asked what I was waiting for, “you’ve got your refund”. It wasn’t so much even the disappointing food, it was his attitude that really made me unhappy. This is what I get for patronizing a chain when there’s so many great mom & pop pizza parlors on Long Island. Of the six photos, the last two are mine taken at their counter. The other four I found on the web showing others experiences with the same items, all photo rights remain with their respective holders (no watermarks were removed nor modified).

Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza from here and received a regular pizza covered in sausage and mushrooms. I am allergic to mushrooms. I called them, crying because I’m pregnant and hungry and allergic to what they sent me, and was told I was speaking to their “superior” who screamed at me on the phone and told me he never makes mistakes and it must’ve been the delivery guys fault. I explained to him the label on the pizza box is right, but they put the wrong pizza in it. He screamed at me, Yelling over me and not letting me get any words in, belittled me, and hung up on me saying it wasn’t his problem because he doesn’t make mistakes.

Horrible service, I ordered 1 16” pizza, 2 jalapeño paper and 2 garlic sauce. But they made 1 16” pizza, 2 jalapeño 12” pizza and 1 12” plain cheese pizza. And all of have raw dough!!!! . We tried tell them that not right, felt like they not understand “English”. We give up. Paid for everything, then found out, they don’t know basic math either. I don’t mind newcomers. But they need training for work, basic math, and basic English understanding. I am done with this place. No more.
