Ordered delivery. Around here there is little to choose from for delivery. I’ve never had hot food from door dash. The pizza was warm from Papa Johns. Original crust was tasty. The pizza was exactly as I ordered cooked well done with light sauce. Seriously nothing to complain about. Is there better pizza in the area, sure but they don’t deliver. Plus they have jalapeno rolls.

Just really irritated with calling to place an order. It’s like they force you to order online because you can’t understand a word a person is saying on the other end. I ordered a medium pizza and cheesey bread sticks. All of a sudden the price went from $21 and change to almost $35. Why? Idk I understand tax but again I couldn’t understand the person on the other end. Out of frustration I just said whatever and place the order. I’ll never order there again, even tho the food is good.

It took 1 and a half hour to deliver my food when I live less than 3 miles away just for it to be the wrong order. Nobody here takes their job seriously especially the managers, the store is absolutely filthy and they refuse to clean it. I would rate 0 if I could. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Well, if you enjoy waiting nearly 3 hours for a pizza, this is the place for you. They dropped my pizza on the wa out the door (stuff happens) and we’re nice enough to call to tell me (an hour and a half after I ordered). It took an equal length of time to fix the issue and get the second pizza out to us. The big problem is, they sent a new pizza but included the original cheesy breadsticks in the order. Awesome! 3 hour old petrified cheese on a shingle. The best part, no refund, discount, or otherwise. I’d advise to order elsewhere or pickup if you must.

I used to deliver pizza. Simply put, if you want hot pizza, you are going to have to go pick it up. This Papa John’s franchise has maintained consistent hours, and every time I have ordered pickup, the food was fresh and hot.

If you are hungry, go someplace else. Really bad delivery. I am here after being told 66 to 74 minutes and I just eclipsed 100 minutes. Still no pizza. I will bet it will be cold. Do not know if I will order again. Too bad, I like the pizza. Ended up cancelling the order. People on phone were rude and blamed everything for the bad service including the pandemic, corporate, the delivery drivers and on and on. They never took responsibility. That is all it would have taken for me to say, ok, I would appreciate anything you can do. Love the getting hung up on part too.

We order the Shaq-aroni and cinnamon pill Sparta last night. Actually twice this week,lol. Last was though, the pizza was so fresh and so hot, like it just came out of the oven. The pull aparts were the same!! This has to be the best I’ve ever got from a Papa Johns ever.

Having previously worked at a pizza shop for a few years, I typically don’t complain. However, this is one of my family’s favorite pizza shops in town. Whenever I speak directly with the store, Its always a pleasant experience. That dang call center they are using is horrible though. Unless I pay with cash I can’t order. They always tell me my cards are declined.
