Not enough standing room, so we went to sit in the car while we wait, and instead of beckoning us inside the cashier brought the pizzas out to us! As much as curb side delivery has been normalized I like to recognize good service when I see it! Much appreciated! Pizza was decent as well, about as good as every other franchise around town for sure. Would recommend this place if you like thicker pizza and good service!

Why whenever I call the location on scalp the 266 number it transfers me to like corporate. That has got to be the dumbest decision they could have made. Whenever I order food I want to talk to the person making my food, not someone who isn’t even in this same state as me!

I’ve been to events where they’ve catered the food. I finally made it to the restaurant. Food was as good as usual staff was extremely friendly restaurant was clean and tidy and reasonably priced. What else can you ask for good food friendly staff clean restaurant reasonably priced?

I know the wings aren’t your fault as they come in from the distributor that way but they are nothing but fat even ordering well done changed nothing. Pizza needs some work, our pizza was white on the bottom, appears to have been shown the oven but never put in. So do we need to select the well done option to get it in the oven? Won’t be ordering again, this was strike three from this location. The chain overall has gone down hill.

Ordered one pizza online at work. The site said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Guy shows up in like 10 minutes, calls my phone, then leaves. Try to call him back, no answer. Call the store, they said the website orders time frame is always wrong. Also, asked if I still wanted the pizza, but said it is cold now. Thanks.

Update 3.25.22. What the heck happened to my favorite pizza franchise?? I had a reason to call in an order and was redirected by some horrible call center back to incorrect menu and then again back to where i picked to speak with manager or check on order (as instructed) and had to listen to a hold loop of a horrible marketing crust pushing guy. I waited for 40 min. Obviously no one is answering that phone. If u have to call them forget it. My review went from 5 to 1 after this kind of waste of time…and I love their pizza the best. Sad.
