I used to love Papa Johns. I would order from here at least 3 times a month. The orders would typically be the same and the food was great for the most part. Until today. Not once have I ever ordered my pizza with ranch sauce instead of pizza sauce. But somehow today that’s how the pizza was ordered. I called the store to get the order rectified and the person, did not get his name, wasn’t any help. He didn’t even try. I will no longer spend my hard earned money at this or any other Papa Johns. I will learn how to make a pizza before I spend another dollar there.

You ever walk into a place and get treated like family? Well, that’s what happened yesterday for us. My daughter and I walked in to pick up our order, and the wonderful gentleman behind the counter was an absolute delight. He was kind, and helpful. Our order was fresh, hot, and delicious! I usually just order for delivery, but I think I’ll head into the store in the future. Definitely recommend this store for pizza – great quality, delicious food, awesome customer service!

I ordered the new epic garlic stuffed crust pizza and it was fantastic! My husband and I were so pleased with it. We got two toppings instead of the one (sausage and banana peppers). I would definitely recommend this pizza.

Terrible service I just ordered food from here when I got to the door to get my food the delivery driver asked for my apartment number and had a weird look on his face. Said he’s asking for security reasons. Like who else is expecting pizza @9:15 at night in my complex? He was reluctant to hand the food over. He just called my fiancés phone saying he was outside with the order and I show up to the door not even 2 minutes later. So why wouldn’t it be me who’s grabbing my order I’m a black man and a minority in my neighborhood I felt disrespected and I hope you discuss and fix this within your franchise otherwise I won’t be ordering from here again

I would give a negative star if it let me. I ordered the new crispy parm crust pizza and it was SEVERELY overcooked. There were some burnt parts on the pizza, the crust was so dry, and I couldn’t taste any “Parmesan”. I called the local shop where I ordered it and the manager said that that’s how it’s supposed to be as it’s goes on a conveyor belt. I’ve had other thin crust pizzas from other chains such as Dominos and it never comes out like that. I’m glad I paid for a pizza just to throw in the trash. I wouldn’t even feed this pizza to a raccoon. I will never order from Papa Johns again especially the one on 1737 Goucher street because if this is the quality you get then everyone should steer clear.

I do Door Dash and I was waiting for an order, the male cashier takes an order and BEAR HANDEDLY starts the pizza order after touching cash he’s putting on the toppings BEAR HANDED, and then I guy with a dirty gray hoodie on goes and puts on the cheese BEAR HANDED and after that he starts spraying a chemical all around the store base boards..
