I went in to order and pickup in person. I was horrified with the level of hygiene! Employees go out for a smoke, handle cash, touch their hair and face, and then handle food without washing their hands first. Absolutely disgusting and I’m sure this is health code violation! The company needs to do a much better job training their employees and making sure they follow the protocols!

I love the papadias so much. The pizza is really great and I especially like getting it well done. I guess the only thing I’m not big on is the prices for some things is already pricy but to then ask for a tip when I’m coming there to pick the food up is a little over the top. If there wasn’t that added pressure of having to do a tip I would give 5 stars easily.

They need to update the online ordering system. When you order it may say estimated wait 20-40 min, but it may not be true.. I had to call after an hour asking about my order (and, as expected, nothing but attitude). They said the wait was 95 min as if I were supposed to know that. Order elsewhere..

Would be 0/5 stars if possible. I was told my order would take 55 minutes. I called after 75 minutes had passed and was told my order was on its way. I called again after another 20 minutes and was told it just left the shop, and by this time it was 1:00AM. Was never given a call from the shop and was denied a refund when first asking, but was eventually given one after asking multiple times. Rude employees and awful customer service. You’re better off ordering from anywhere else.

Ordered pizza at 11pm with a 30 to 40 minute delivery time. Called in at 12:30am to see where my order was and was greeted by a rude individual stating it was on it’s way. 1:30am I called and the answering service automated. Party left I ate a sandwich and went to bed. 2am I get a call my pizza is outside so i told him that the party is over and it’s way too late and he told me I should have canceled? Haha go with domino’s folks this place is garbage as well as the corporation
