After having a horrible experience at Dominos tonight. Papa Johns saved the day. These employees went above and beyond for me. I called 2 mins before close and they still took my order and were very pleasant about it. I felt bad because it was a last minute order. Just wanted to Thank the Papa John staff and company for appreciating local food delivery drivers. I Work for both GrubHub and Doordash and a lot of orders are low pay cuz it’s hard times. Good papa John’s! Clean and friendly 🙂 but has no dining area which isn’t a big deal but some people may find that annoying. Never once have they messed up my order in the years my family and I have been ordering from them! The pizza is honestly pretty good. especially the stuffed crust! The pepperoni pizza however is not to my taste because the pepperoni tends to be more on the crunchy side. The cheese sticks

HORRIBLE customer service. They close early almost every night and seldom ever answer the phone. At least 5 times in the past couple months we have tried to get pizza about 30-40 mins before there advertised closing time and they say there either clised or just ignore us !

I ordered my pizza at 5:32 on a Wednesday night .I am still sitting here at 6:24. I only ordered two medium pizzas. I watched 3 people walk in and turn around and walk out cause they are not being waited on. I have never expected this. The staff Is not friendly or helpful .Alot of dysfunction. It seems all they care about is getting the deliveries out before carryout .It will be the last time I order from here. I was told 14 to 24 mins. Hopefully management will make the changes it needs. This is a poor way to run a business .

Literally just left there, I forgot that when you order online and then add in store it takes the discounts off. I didn’t catch it until after I had run my card. Instead of being rude they jumped right in and redid the transaction and made the total right. It was completely my fault but they apologized to me. Thank you guys for always being polite and always making the best pizza. Chamersburg store is the best!

We normally have a great experience with this store, however we tried ordering and never got a hold of anyone. We tried ordering pizza online with it telling us it was unavailable. We turned to calling the store just to be put on hold for over 30 minutes. We finally gave up. We understand it has been challenging, but if you are unable to service people you should not show you are open, or let people know on how long it could take. We will try again in the future, but this was disappointing.
