It was here…. Pretty fast…. But I guess when you only cook the pizza half way done…. Ordered at 12:15…. Sent off for delivery at 12:23……. Lol… Dough was so raw…. I almost puked!!!!!! I’ll stick with Dominoes lol especially for 2 medium raw pizzas and cheese sticks I was charged 35$!!! Lol

Pizza is always good and service is good. I am giving this one star rating because I was told they no longer give out seasoning packets(parmesan, red pepper, etc) but sell them at almost $1 per packet. New ownership needs to not be so cheap and stingy with what we can get from competitors for free.

Poor customer service. 99-109 mintues for delivery turned into over 120 minutes ended up going to pick up order. Still charged for delivery fee and tip when told it was going to be removed from my bill. Cold food. Contacted store was to be called back still waiting. Emailed no response. Lost a customer.

They forgot to make my order when I called, so I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then once it was ready, I still had to pay full price and wasn’t offered a discount or something else, like a coupon or free appetizer. Guess I was too polite. I won’t be back. Pizza was cold too.
