Great customer service and very friendly delivery staff! I was a total Karen when I called to check on an order, and I realized my out-of-state number hadn’t allowed the driver’s calls to reach me in the large building I’m in. The manager arranged for a second delivery attempt, and the driver was very pleasant. Found out he had tried for several minutes to find me originally with no luck. ProTip: Put your suite or room number in the Delivery Notes!

I ordered the pepperoni New York style pizza and a half dozen wings a couple weeks ago. After an hour of waiting for my items , the store called and said that the door dash delivery guy forgot my wings and they would make a fresh batch and send them right over. I informed him I still hadn’t had my pizza yet he told me it was in it’s way. Another 44 minutes later my new wings arrive but still no pizza. Here the delivery guy left my pizza and wings on my neighbors porch and it was ice cold. I found also the pizza didn’t have pepperoni on it either. They offer a FREE pizza next time I order. Tonight I order my FREE pizza and when it finally comes to my door one and a half hours later the guy said I owed him $4.77. What part of FREE didn’t he get!! Needless to say after convincing him I was not giving him a Dime he gave me the pizza and left. The Pizza SUCKED! I will NEVER order from here AGAIN!

I absolutely love Papa John’s pizza, but this specific establishment is disappointing. They rarely honor the promo codes that other locations do, staff are rude, slow delivery, they barely add toppings to save money. I’d recommend going to another Papa John’s if possible or look elsewhere. As a big fan of the Papa John brand, very disappointed with this store. Still better than the Dominos down the street though so, at least they got that going for them.

Ordered 2 pizzas and took 45 min from delivery (1.5 hours total). Pizzas arrived stone cold – also one of the garlic containers were opened already and spilled all over. Terrible quality control – won’t order again.
