Horrible customer service!!! Bread was made terrible and I asked them to remake the breadsticks and I was rudely told 1st-“that’s how there made now” 2nd- “the bread didn’t proof” and then “we’ll the only thing I can do for you is return it” I ordered from the ridley location leaving here and got normal breadsticks. This isn’t the first time either, last time we ordered it happened I returned and simply asked if they could be remade and they apologized and remade them, with a smile and apologized again as I was leaving. The worst part was the rudeness of the women!

Ordered 2 pizzas 05/12/23 at 11:25 am for lunch for my guys at work. Estimated delivery time said 12:20-12:30, which I thought was a long time but we are busy at work so whatever. Pizzas come at 1:30 and are COLD!

I am very skeptical about this pizza place. I called the number listed for Brookhaven site, a lady answered and took my order, told me the pizza specials which was three topping large pizza and wings for 23 dollars+ so I ordered that. I provided my full name, address, and credit card information to this woman and she stated she attempted to put the charges in 2 times and they failed. I called back to give her my credit card number and a different t person answered and stated she had no recollection of my order. She thought it could have been a call center, however she wasn’t sure. That is ridiculous and very scary especially since I gave private information to someone. Bad for business.

DO NOT ORDER FOR PARTIES. I had a large order for a party on Saturday at noon. After 1 hour, tried calling, no answer. Stopped by, there is ONE worker for the entire store. She was visibly frustrated. Needless to say, my order took over 2.5 hours to make and left my whole party hungry. What kind of store/manager has one employee working at noon on a Saturday?

Ordered delivery and was surprised to be met with a doordash delivery. More concerning is the fact our food was not tamper proofed for deliver by 3rd party. Inspecting my order we found it was not a complete order we are missing 2 sauces that are paid for in advance. (Driver seemed very kind and professional we kindly tipped since he is at no fault for the order)

Have ordered pizza from this location around 3 times and have waiting on average 30 minutes after my estimated prepared time. Rude employees with no masks or gloves on. Will never order from here again. Pizza is overpriced and not worth the wait. Very disappointed as papa John’s is my favorite pizza. Do not recommend.

This place is terrible. We order a large pizza and breadsticks at 8pm. Almost an hour and a half later we still haven’t received our food. We’ve called several times and we have yet to speak to a team member. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. From the looks of the reviews, corporate needs to step in and really change how this store is ran.
