Last month I got myself a large pizza with pepperoni, but the online order forgot my pepperoni. So I just walked back into the store and told the owner, he didn’t say sorry or anything he said now I have to throw that away. I even paid $2.19 for the difference listen life happens, but never speak ️ loud to a customer. It was no big deal, but I did put a complaint against him. Today I ordered and small pizza online but I guess my card didn’t go through, I thought it did I showed up to pick up food. He said I need to pay for the order I said sure I will, but than he brought up the incident

This Papa John’s is the BEST one in a 20 min radius! Great customer service, they packed both boxes properly w/the seals, and the food is amazing! All the workers were also wearing masks which was appreciated.

The food was good and the service was pretty standard for a pizza place like Papa Johns but the atmosphere was kinda depressing. I would suggest the food but don’t go if you’re in a bad mood because it’ll just make your mood worse.

Best pizza quality I would say compared to any other big chains. I love the pickled jalapeno that is given on the side with the garlic butter. On top of that they have great deals with unlimited toppings and the pizzas are so fresh and well made that you cannot stop eating. People on the phone are friendly and helpful and they explain you whatever is asked.

This has to be the worst place I have been to in my life. I went here to get food after I ordered the day before. They canceled the first order and didn’t tell me. Next day as I sit there a delivery guy enters and stands for about 10 minutes. He then asks can someone help me please I’m picking am order up. They said clearly they didn’t care and he could sit. I have never heard a customer spoken to in this way. He then got upset asked to speak to the manager. The older gentleman said no ncamvel your order and leave. The driver then tried explaing I guess he loses money and so forth if he just cancels and the employees at this point start both telling him they could care less about his order. I personally will never go to another papa johns store after seeing how they treat me a customer and a delivery man. Shame on papa johns for having no insight. When I called corporate they told me nothing they can do sorry it’s independently owned. Papa johns has gone down the tube.

So I am a doordash driver. I am writing this review after 7 pick ups before someone thinks its a one time thing. It’s not I come here everyday for orders. And everyday there is some type of issue. Either the staff are rude or to busy for customers. Today I came I’m waited a whole 13 mins before I spoke up and asked will someone help me. This store is horrible. I suggest everyone go to Venice pizza or season’s pizza down the road. If no stars was an option they would get it.
