Ordered dinner tonight online at 6pm for delivery. Never showed up, called they said they had a glitch in their system and never received it. Took my order again, and GM said we would have it in 35 mins, and gave 30% discount. An hour later, I called AGAIN, and they claim they never received it. By this time its now 8:15, cancelled the order and insisted on a refund. This place, I am assuming, is under new management, and its awful! Used to be friendly and reliable. We will never be ordering from them again!

All I can say is papa John’s was once a place for consistent pizza for the kids. I thought I give it a second chance at this location in Exton PA. The pizza once again was under cooked. This is the last time and I would highly advise going to another location if you really want papa John’s.

I’m a pretty reasonable with reviews but this Papa John’s is ridiculous. First I placed an order that was simply never delivered and I wasn’t contacted. Then when I went back I waited an hour to pickup a medium pizza…and there was no apology or customer consideration. They have 30% off but only begrudgingly after request…

I liked their Doritos Cool ranch Papadia and Oreo bites a lot, not to mention that everything was waiting hot and fresh by the time I arrived to get these on carryout. They do work with Doordash and other mobile food order companies as well, which really helps if you’re on the go a lot.

Very nasty restaurant. Walked in and saw trash and bags on the floor, someone sitting on the floor, and no gloves. Honestly with the way the restaurant looked, I wouldn’t want to know how the fridge looks. Came home and couldn’t bring myself to eat something made from there and threw it out. I would not recommend this location.

CAN’T EVEN RATE FOOD CUZ WE NEVER GOT ANY!!! Called and ordered over the phone… The answering service took our call and took our order and told us how long it would take but when we got there at the store has cancelled the order, saying that they stopped taking orders hours ago!!! So we wasted time, money, energy, and gas!!! Called back customer service the next day about this and NO ONE DID ANYTHING. WILL NEVER GO TO ANY PAPA JOHNS AGAIN FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES!! I would highly discourage ordering. We ordered a Cool Ranch Papadia and received a regular Papadia. When we called about the incorrect order they refused to give a refund and claimed they made the Cool Ranch Papadia. IF I COULD RATE THIS A 0 STAR I WOULD. STEER CLEAR OF THIS GREEDY PEOPLE AND THEIR LACK FOR CUSTOMER CARE.

Placed an order through the app, it arrived with the correct label but the wrong pizza; a much cheaper plain cheese. Also cold. Gave up trying to get through on the phone after listening to their obnoxious hold recording for 20 minutes. No way to get a new pizza or a refund. Pretty unacceptable.

I ordered the chicken poppers and they called me and told me they did not have poppers could I do wings and I said no thanks just remove them from my order. They said they can’t do that so basically forced me to get wings. Haha I’ve worked in restaurants of all kinds and NEVER could you not remove an item from an order especially if you don’t have it. I will never order from here again first time impression not good for this store.
