My wife had put in an order for 3 pizzas and we received the confirmation email from Papa John’s that it was being made. After an hour of waiting she called the store and eventually got through to the manager who had said her order had left 10 minutes ago and we should be receiving it soon. Another 30 minutes pass by and the pizzas never arrived. For context, the drive from this store to our location was less than 10 minutes. I bet that the pizzas were never actually being delivered let alone were made.

My online order was for two pizzas; ‘The Works’ and ‘Fresh Spinach Tomato Alfredo’ with added Grilled Chicken. The Spinach Alfredo pizza arrived without grilled chicken, which I paid extra for. No one was answering the phone at the store so we went ahead and ate the pizza. I eventually got to speak to someone but we had a hard time understanding each other because he didn’t speak much English. He asked me to call back later because the manager went out and would be back in about 30 minutes. I called back much later and the same guy answered; the manager hadn’t come back and he wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone else in the store. I called the main Papa Johns customer service line thinking maybe they would credit something to my account. They only said they would report the problem to the store manager and have the manager call me. It’s been more than two weeks and no one ever called. They don’t seem to care about customer service anymore.

I will never go back. I think there is new ownership. I ordered Pizza for my son’s birthday party. We were literally 3 minutes away from the store. My GPS took me right to the front door, they got lost. Yes they called me but I was at a party and didn’t hear the phone. I called them back and was told, “be there in 5 minutes”. 10 minutes later I call back, “be there in 5 minutes”. Called them back AGAIN. I got put on with the driver, texted the driver my address to confirm. 30 minutes later I can see the driver in the intersection, I had to flag him down. I come here over other places because they consistently serve well made hot pizzas. Unlike other places other I never have a pizza that isn’t made well here. I can tell the entire crew is well trained and cares about the work they do. I am not a pizza expert, but I always get what I want, what I expect, from friendly people and the food tastes good. I recommend going here if you want good pizza that is consistently made right by kind people.
