I ordered from this location and the food arrived quickly and hot, however I was charged twice for the same order. Upon calling the store, which was futile as I was put on hold every single time. On two occasions I was on hold for 15/20 minutes. Checking the customer service link on the website I noticed that there was a note about double charges and that the additional charge is just a hold. Well a week later and the hold went to processed. Calling into the store I found out that the order takers are in a call center so you aren’t calling the store. Now I have to travel to the store to get a refund which is a super inconvenience because I have a broken foot and can’t drive. One and done with this location, they will never receive another order from me!

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see if it was on the way. The app said it was on the way for about and hour and I literally live 2 miles from the store. The manager asked me to hold on and then came back on the line to tell me it was on the way and then HUNG UP! I was about to call back and ask for an e.t.a. when the delivery person called. He proceeded to tell me that my address did not exist. I’m sorry, what??? I can assure you I do not live in an alternate universe. I’ve lived in the same house for over 30 years and I’m pretty sure I’ve mastered memorizing my address. When the delivery person finally finds me (I was standing outside waving and he literally drove right by me 4 times.) he hands me my now ice cold pizza. Not a word of apology. Not a word… period. Just a look of thinly veiled contempt. We didn’t even eat it because of how nasty the driver looked at us. It wasn’t even sealed so we were afraid it was tampered with. If I could give this papa John’s less than one star, I would do it. Fortunately there are a hundred pizzerias around here so this is no loss. Order at your own peril.
