I’m 32 years old and only had Papa John’s for the first time on new years of 2022. Delivery took a LONG time since it was a holiday and they only have one driver so I order earlier if I do delivery or I pick it up myself since it’s less than 2 miles away. By far the best pizza chain I’ve ever had. Their stuffed crust pizza and garlic parm sticks are my favorite. I mostly see younger kids in the st Lawrence Ave and they are friendly and polite and do a fantastic job. My food is always consistent and never under or over cooked. I will be tipping them every time I go there from now on (even if i pick it up myself) because of the service I receive which means a lot to me. Don’t be petty about the wait times. They only have one driver delivering all these orders. It’s not their fault people don’t want to work.

The food is always what you expect for take out pizza. However, the service. What seems to be the general manager is very angry and yelling every time an order comes in. Also not exactly a gripe, but having to repeat my name 5+ times and still getting nothing close to my actual name might say a little bit about who you’re hiring.

Guy taking pizzas out of the oven talking on the phone the whole time, (cursing nonstop no less, glad kids weren’t waiting in the lobby) which is likely why he gave us the wrong order (found out after I got back home with it) then again they frequently mess up orders here. Gone waaay down hill this location. Help is hard to find these days but man…this is a real shame what happened to this place

The prices on the menu board don’t match the prices on there menu that they have posted and when I said something about it I was told it’s not ther problem. Very unprofessional and the service is horrible. I like papa John’s but that put me off from ordering their again I’m not sure if I’ll ever spend my money with them again

Though the wait was slightly longer than I wanted, I got my pizza right when it came out of the oven. It was obvious this place was busy as 4-5 delivery divers came in and quickly left with orders in the 5-10 minutes I waited the Friday we were there. We ordered online and it seemed like they weren’t updating the App but honestly I think it was right, that they were just finishing prep of the pizza when we walked in. I was happy to see that at least this location (don’t know how many stores in this franchise do this) offers a Monday night 40%off military discount on regularly priced items. I think Monday pizza night is going to become a normal in our house…

This was the first time I had eaten PaPa John’s Pizza. I, myself, did not like it at all. I give it 3 stars for the Military Discount and having my 50.00 order ready on time. But their thin crust veggie has much to be desired to other thin crust veggie pizza I order all the time. I don’t eat pepperoni, but that pizza looked good. Full of pepperoni’s. The cheese looked good, and I did have one bread stick, it was very good. But I’m a veggie lover. And sadly, I did not like theirs at all. But, I’m sure there are plenty of others who may have a different opinion.

Orders have been coming messed up more recently.. I ordered 2 different chicken poppers and they both came PLAIN. I called & the girl on the phone kept muting me and asking me to repeat myself. Then she said they would send the correct food back out & never did. Worst papajohns in the area
