Do not waste your money at this location. I was told after an hour and a half that nobody knew where my pizza was or if it was even coming, was told to call back the next day if it didn’t come!!? It did finally arrive but whoever made it was apparently upset, they threw all the pepperoni on one side and my veggie lover pizza had hardly any veggies &all placed within an inch of the crust, the ENTIRE middle of the pizza was empty, sauce was barren & some slices literally had 2-3 inches of crust. To top it off when I was able to call next day because they were closed by time I got my food, one manager said she wasn’t surprised, multiple complaints that day from night before and bad staff issues, offered store credit then had a 2nd manager get on phone and tell me I had to bring the old pizza in for credit because they don’t trust their customers! Whole situation seems like a bad joke from a store that doesn’t value the quality of their food or customers time and $. Please save your time and choose somewhere else!

After several years, we decided to try papa John’s again. We ordered a pizza. It arrived 30 min late cold based on their online delivery time. I had paid the 4.99 delivery fee plus 5 delivery tip, for a cold flavorless pizza. Managers said my only choice was to drive the pizza back to them and they would remake the pizza. Not likely!

I ordered two pizzas for 48.00 at 6:40 pm and was told it would be delivered no later than 39 minutes. Nearly an hour passed, no pizzas so I called the order center who then called the store for a status report and they told me there was no answer . I went to the store to complain and was told they had no drivers of their own and had to resort to Door Dash drivers. My driver was there and handed my luke warm pizzas. I told the manager I wanted a a partial refund to which he would not grant. I called corporate office to file a complaint. Their line of questioning as to what happened included getting the name of the manager but he would not give me his name. The corporate rep said someone would contact me within three days to engage my complaint but so far I’ve heard from no one. All of this happened on my birthday.

Horrible horrible customer service DO NOT ORDER here. I repeat do not order here. We called about there being barely any pepperoni on our pizza. Employee/female manager that answered phone was very rude and dismissive wouldn’t even listen to my complaints! I will never order here again.

Placed order for pickup; Well done large pizza. Got there and pizza guy was finishing his cigarette out front. I pay for my pizza to return home to find my pizza was barely cooked normally, not even close to well done. Pizza guy pulled my pizza early so he could have his nicotine fix as soon as possible. I wont be returning.

How to give zero stars?? Thier phone only works for new orders, if you want to cancel the existing order because you realize there was a issue in thier application and delivery date is set to tomorrow, you can’t reach a human and on top of that they hung up on you and not just one time this happened many times through out the day. Now I just have to go to the store to cancel the order! Will not recommend anyone to order from papa john!!!

No one answers the phone, and when you call it hangs up on you. In order to speak to someone you have to call using a different number than the one that you used to place the order, also the pizza took over two hours to get to my house.

I had multiple issues with this location and will never order from here again. Out of sodas, pizza was soggy, the other pizza (which was my kids) had spicy garlic sauce exploded all over it, the cinnamon bread was hard/dry/overcooked and came without icing. Called the store to fix the issue and an employee who posed as a manager, was rude, hung up on me and refused to fix the issues. We salvaged what we could of the pizza and only asked to have the cinnamon bread fixed. Apparently they only guarantee their pizza. Went to the store and asked for a refund of the cinnamon rolls and they also refused this (brought them in w me).
