I ordered the garlic stuffed crust and it was just awful for one it had no garlic at all and the pizza itself was supposed to be hand tossed not micro. I mean this pizza was so thin that it was impossible to even eat it due to it being so flimsy. Their napkins were thicker, it was just awful and the workers weren’t any better. I love Pappa Johns but I won’t ever go back there.

My husband ordered pizzas for delivery and some how they couldn’t deliver them so they sent a doordasher to deliver nothing so they called to say they will remake our order I hope their is something a little extra in their because your food is good but comes with a $$ cost.

Wish the Seaford PaPa Johns would be consistent in preparing pizza. My last 2 orders the crusted outer edges extend 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches towards center of the pie leaving an extremely thin center. Now and then the crust extends no more than 1/2 inch or less with the correct thickness in the center.

Today was the first time we ordered from Papa John’s in Seaford and we won’t be ordering from there again. While the taste was good, the edge crust was way too thick and the center crust was way too thin and floppy. We ordered half with pepperoni and sausage and half just cheese. The toppings on the sausage and pepperoni side were practically non-existent. They didn’t even cover the slices. The cheese side hardly had any cheese. We have never had a pizza from other Papa John’s like this. Someone at the Seaford store needs some pizza making training!

Horrible customer service! I Called to order two $9.99 carryout specials and the first person I speak to after listening to an automated machine puts me on hold and I get a second person who rudely tells me that I can only order online if I want that price. This is ridiculous! There are plenty of other pizza places in Seaford and surrounding areas. I Ordered Dominos by phone instead and spent $2.00 less per pizza.

I called the Seaford location to have pizza delivered and was told they don’t deliver to my area. I just had pizza delivered to this same address last weekend. I went through this before with them. Between me and my son we had pizza delivered here at least twice a week then called one day and was told we are out of their delivery area. This was their second chance. Guess they pick and choose when they want my business. When I told them they always delivered here she says oh, sorry. I won’t call there anymore.

I have had many issues with this store, the latest. I made a delivery order online, with also tipping 50% tip because I ordered an hour before close. When the delivery came, the pizza guy called my phone, leaving a voicemail saying he was having problems find my house. Even though I have had delivery atleast 20 different times in the last year from this store. They called again 2 minutes later, but this time they voicemail said that they were done looking for my house, and that I was not getting my order tonight. With already paying for my order and a 15$ tip already taken, and a 2 minute wait from the driver. And then with speaking to the very rude ignorant manager the next day. I will not be ordering from them again. They were very rude uneducated employees, that should not be working with food in the first place.

Placed my order online and it was 45 mins late. I called at the 20 min. late mark and the person on the phone was very rude. I was told they only had a couple of drivers and 20 deliveries to make but was assured my pizza would be there in 9 mins. Needless to say 15 mins later and it still wasn’t there. I tried calling back and they just let the phone ring. The pizza finally arrived cold and had to be microwaved…I could’ve bought one from the store and did that.
