Usually excellent at the smyrna location ion. Diverse group all down to earth but still professional as necessary for food service related regulations. It’s clean the foods good and not a long wait until the weekend when the demand on all the areas out foods are high so it’s almost always only as expected.

Every time we stopped at this Papa John’s there’s always a problem with getting the food , try to use coupons seems like you can’t use coupons spoke with the manager they couldn’t fix anyting we had to call in an order in over the phone that wasn’t able to be done. Should buy time we got that done or tried to get that done everything was closed we had to end up going to Wawa to get something to eat. So need to say I will never ever stop there again or call.

I used to like this place but the last few orders have been off. I believe it is short staffed every time I go in there it’s just one worker moving as fast as they can which ruins the quality and it’s not really their fault. They are still nice as they hand you the order. Lastly Brandon Donohue must really like this place to give it 5 stars and probably has nothing to do with him being the manager there.

Like all the other reviews, would have give 0 stars but cannot. 2 hours later no pizza delivery. How long should it take to get a pizza delivered to your house that is less than 1 mile away from the store?? Cannot recommend this place unless you order your food 2 hours before you want to eat.

2 med pizza special order received by papa John’s at 3:13 pm. I didn’t receive my pizza’s until 4:19pm. When I called to inquire about why my food is taking so long. I was simply told that it was “completed” I stated i don’t have the pizza’s yet and was told “Well, there out” I asked for a discount for a future order and was laughed at. I will never visit this franchise again and will bad mouth them every opportunity I get. As a manager in the food and beverage industry….we both know this type of service is unacceptable.
