We recently visited Papa John’s to collect our takeout order and were overwhelmed with the kindness from the manager and entire team. Arriving earlier than our order, my youngest son wanted to watch the pizza making in action so we headed inside the store. Not only did the manager and team safely invite him ‘behind the scenes’ to watch the pizza magic in action, they let him make his own personal pizza. My son has not stopped talking about his incredible visit to Papa Johns. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for turning a simple pizza pick up into an unforgettable memory! Customers for life 🙂

Pizza was fine for being papa john’s, but I had a weird experience last time I ordered delivery where the delivery guy shined a bright flashlight in my face the entire time he was giving me my food. Definitely weird and made me feel uncomfortable about ordering from this store again.

These fools forgot to put garlic on my garlic knots. They delivered me plain bread. major fail. And the driver didn’t want to go upto my hotel room. The front desk called and I asked if he could bring it up and I heard the guy sigh heavily.

This is my first taste of this establishment. Their pizza is a highly overpriced Dominos pizza. Unfortunately it is not as good as a standard Dominos (and Dominos is pretty standard for take out crappy chain pizza). There really isn’t any real taste there. I also like to give them thanks for a few pigeon wings thrown in there with our wing order (see pic). Tiny and unappetizing. I cook a lot of wings myself, these wings were cooked AT LEAST 24 hours prior, refrigerated, then reheated in the fryer which dried them out and shriveled some up. Pretty poor example of what pizza and wings should be. This buy is our first and absolute last from this establishment. Glad we used a 50% off code, as I never would have paid full price for this.

Hashis is a GM there? This guy is the biggest tool and most disrespectful person I’ve met. This store will Crumble with him answering complaints. Have ordered from this store plenty. Everything perfect no concerns. Ordered a $70 order and everything but the poppers were incorrect. When I called the next day ( store was closed day i Ordered) he told me he couldn’t refund me anything. Then proceeded to tell me to stop talking and I better start listening to him. I’m insulted and shocked. Someone needs to call me about this clown asap
