In this restaurant, your entire work team is friendly, attentive and cheerful. It has ample space to park. Your manager is very polite, helpful and fun. This Papa Johns that serves Ashburn/Broadlands is awful. The scammers taking your order will say 30 min but plan for cold pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. And if you call to cancel, when you finally get through they hang up on you repeatedly. Papa John’s is the Worst managed pizza place!

I received my online order which was wrong. I called back to the store and got another pizza sent out. The second pizza was burnt. To top it off, both deliveries were delivered by a doordash driver and not an actual employee of papa johns even tho I placed the order on the papa John’s app. The food was cold and was not delivered in a thermal pizza bag. I’m not sure if every location uses doordash to deliver their food, but I’m not going to be ordering papa John’s in the future.

We walked in to place an order and asked about specials. The young man working the counter helped us find a special and gave us a time frame for our order. When we checked on our order, he said 4 minutes and as soon as it was done, he personally brought the order out to us along with paper plates and napkins. We know that it was going to be the start of the dinner rush and really appreciate such personal service. Our pizza and cheese sticks were hot and very tasty. Thanks for great service!

Ordered delivery pizza and wings. Approximate time for delivery given was 50 minutes. The order took 2 hours and ended up being delivered by Doordash instead of Papa Johns, not in heat retaining carrier. Super cold and soggy food. That will be the last time I order from this place. I’ve ordered from many different Papa Johns across the country in 7 different states and this is the worst by far. I should have believed the other reviews I read, but took a chance

It’s my first time ordering here. Order placed at 6:54, quoted delivery in 33-45 minutes. Multiple texts saying it’s going to be late. Finally get a text saying it’ll be delivered by DoorDash. It’s now 8:08, still no pizza. New delivery time is 8:18. This was supposed to be the quick and easy choice for me to take a night off of cooking and feed my kids. Never ordering from here again.

Every time i order from here my food is cold and wrong. At first i just thought it was an honest mistake but after the third time of ordering and getting the wrong order it is just the carelessness of the restaurant. After calling several times to speak with a manager i never received an answer. Because of the type of job I work i am unable to leave my job until the end of my shift so you can understand my frustration when i get no answer after calling several times and I’m unable to go to the physical store.
