This Papa Johns that serves Ashburn is awful. The scammers taking your order will say 30 min but plan for cold pizza delivered after 1.5 hours. And if you call to cancel, when you finally get through they hang up on you repeatedly. Papa John’s is the Worst managed pizza place!

We already had delivery and the guy was really nice but it was a rainy night and it took him more than 1h to arrive here (we live 7 minutes away), yesterday I went there… Easy to park, happy and kind staff. Well located (easy to find it) and very clean and light place. I ordered The Works (with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, green peppers and black olives), sooooooooooooooo yummy – as I could expect from Papa John’s. Definitely coming back!

Papa Johns ranch dorito papadilla is delicious and so is their stuffed crust. Although it’s a bit pricier than its competition, if you’re looking for good pizza – this is your place. They are speedy, communicate the status often and accurately and you can often times find good discounts on their site or through a coupon site like Retailmenot – thereby making your cost closer to the competition.

The quality has gone down of this location. There was a time we used to give examples of how good this place is. Last two times they have messed up my order. Last time they made my XL pizza in an oval shape where some portions were really overly thick and others were normal. Today I got a L and although it wasn’t oval, 70% of the pizza felt like almost thin crust and rest 30% felt like the normal crust as intended. Also, both these times the pizzas were uncooked meaning they were made in haste. I also got garlic knots and they also were not cooked properly. I donno what the issue is and whether it is that the place can be really busy on a weeknight or the staff doesn’t have enough time to do their due diligence. I’ll do my part and help the staff by making this place relatively less busy and not order again in future.

I ordered 2 large and it was a horrible pizza, full of just cheese and almost very less small pieces of toppings that one can count, with the smell of cheese anyone can figure out that it was a stale one and toppings had no quality. I thought this Papa johns location has changed but noop they proved me wrong again, so this was my last order to this shop , how much of expertise is required in making a good pie !!!
