I think this location went through some changes. Haven’t gone in awhile because my last visit wasn’t very good. Apparently I didn’t even do a review. This time was a lot better. Food was fresh and hot. Service was friendly. I always carryout, believe something is always off when you get delivery, with any business. I’ll be back to try this location again.

I have ordered from this location 3 times in the last 2 months or so, and they continue to not honor the “no contact” order as well as my request to leave my pizza or whatever I have ordered at my door, and simply just go away. The drivers are obviously not paying attention to these details, and in turn now possibly introducing Covid-19 to me and my family by holding my pizza and waiting for me to grab it from them at my door. They aren’t wearing gloves, and aren’t masked. This is unacceptable. I have also contacted their corporate offices about this as well.

Poor customers service. I ordered 5 large pizzas, they messed up my order on one of the pizzas. I called back and Lisa the General manager never apologize, instead she just said , bring back the pizza and I will make another one . So I told her . Nah!! I’m not bringing only one but I will bring the 5 pizzas back to get my refund. Instead to apologize and offer me a credit for that pizzas, she prefers to loose $45 dollars for the whole order and the customer because I’m not coming back . And I also ask for the little packets of Parmesan cheese and she said , I can only give you 2 packets, after 2 you have to pay . It’s obviously that she has no clue of been a managers or any customer service skills. I was looking for 0 to rate this place but only give you options for one start

Everyone is very friendly and the pizza was delivered hot. My only problem is the sauce was to sweet. As soon as I took a bite I tasted sugar. This did not taste like the papa John’s that I’ve enjoyed all these years. I’m disappointed in the new recipe.

Order pizza two hours ago which is not the problem, (they could have been busy) the problem is we found the pizza outside with no notification that they were there. God only knows how long they were out there. Called alleged management they offer me a coupon the next time I order!!!!!!!! Really!!!!!
