The pizza was great. We had it delivered to our hotel room. They said it would be 20 minutes and ended up being over an hour. The delivery driver called and said he went to wrong hotel. So we were a bit frustrated at that. Overall we love Papa Johns and it was a small mistake.

Placed a carryout order and went to the location. Order said it was baking on the app and verified with the staff. Came back in 15 minutes later and was told the order was bumped to keep OTD time down. I asked what that was supposed to mean and she told me that it was out the door time and she had been bumping orders to keep it down. She offered to add my order to the queue. Note that this 30 min after the order was placed and pid for. Utterly ridiculous just to manipulate their stats.

I normally don’t order from papa johns, but my family convinced me to do so and this papa Johns is the absolute worst! Ordered delivery for my pizza and took 2 hours for my pizza to get to my house. When I received my pizza, it was cold. Called to speak with the manager and stated that they will send another hot and ready pizza out that should only been 30 minutes… one hour later still didn’t get my pizza. I will be going back to pizza Bolis. I don’t recommend papa johns service at all. Don’t order from there for delivery

I ordered my pizza at 7:39 pm – and was given an estimated delivery time of 27 to 37 minutes and an estimated delivery time of 8:06 to 8:16 pm. At 8:20 it said through the tracking system that it was currently being boxed. At 8:23 the pizza said it was on its way – and the delivery time shifted to an estimated delivery time of 8:15 – 8:20 pm (not possible unless you have a time machine). At 8:40 I called the local est. and was put on hold for 15 mins while the worker “tried to find my pizza,” she never returned to the phone. After that I called back and (after a brief hold) was (rudely) told that my pizza was on its way and they were “a little backed up.” When I noted that it had been an hour since I placed the order and 30 mins since it was supposed to be delivered I was told essentially that that was what “a little backed up” meant. Finally, at 9:21 pm the delivery driver called and asked for the same directions I gave in the online instructions. He finally showed up with a cold pizza at 9:38 pm – two hours after I put in the original order. So, would give no stars if a possibility and would suggest that you probably just go with Domino’s or a lovely local pizzeria if you actually plan to eat dinner at dinner time.

First, pizza took a little longer to deliver and was cold upon arrival. However, a simple phone call and The manager immediately made it correct with a nice hot pizza. We do understand things happen in life and we have used this Papa John’s quite a few times over the years. This was a first, however the manager handled it fantastically.

Just don’t do it friend. worse customer service, horrible experience. I was charged. After the doordash person canceled my order on Valentines day. After waiting for two hrs for the food to arrive for them to cancel when it stated that it was 22 minutes away. we had to go to sleep hungry. No pizza and they charged my card which will take several days to possibly go back to call them back Friday for my money back if the system doesn’t refund it, so good luck pretty much. Lol my six year old asked me if I got scammed trying to order pizza online because it never arrived last night.

Don’t ask to get something delivered they will give you hell if they have to walk a far distance or if they have to read. For instance I gave the delivery driver directions go right then go left (it was that simple). And he couldn’t find it so I called the store and immediately and the guy gave me hell and was unprofessional. They gave me a refund (never receive it yet) and did not bother to call me and explain what not why. I called corporate and they gave me the vibe that they don’t care. Honestly don’t give them your money. And as a State Employee I will boycott Papa Johns until new ownership takes over or those guys are fired. Since no one wants to take me serious. Me and my colleges won’t buy from any Papa Johns. I also explain that I couldn’t walk I guess they don’t deliver to Handicap people.
