I ordered a pizza online for delivery at 6:51 pm from the Fort Washington, MD location. Was supposed to be delivered by 7:45 pm. Called the store at 8:15 pm. The manager answered with an attitude, I asked when would the pizza be delivered,, she said that she don’t know when and don’t know where the driver is and hung up the phone while I was asking another question. I asked my husband to call back and cancel the order. She refused the cancel the order, and said she don’t have time for this and hung up the phone. The delivery driver arrived at 9 pm. He was polite and apologizing. I refused the order because I have already cancelled it. I explained to him the bad attitude of the manager.

Really dissatisfied I Purchased steak and cheese pizza and I received only onion and green peppers no steak at all call back and explained what happened and I was promised for a free pizza for next order. Called couple days later and someone rudely pick up the phone and started yelling about call back in 45 mins til manager gets back to get my pizza. Called back an hour later and I was told that they don’t see nothing in the system for a credit for a free pizza. Never ordering from this place I rather eat frozen pizza than ordering from this place.

Highly disappointed, this is what our pizza looked like when we first opened the box. Don’t know if the delivery person dropped it or if this is just how it was put in the box but this is ridiculous. Cheese clearly fell off of three of the slices and some slices were overlapped on each other. Like really guys?

The driver went above and beyond to make sure that our pizza was delivered to our door. The GPS often times gives an incorrect drop off location and he made the effort to call us and stay on the phone until he made it here. The pizza is always great but to have great delivery service is pretty rare these days so that was a bonus! Hopefully we’ll luck up and get him again!
