Well here it is, I had to bring back my delivery that they made wrong and then it took them about 30 mins to remake, which they lost again. Smh… I love Papa Johns but Dam act like you care. I stood in there and was barely giving any type of courtesy since i brought my own pizza back. People were avoiding me like I did something. Freaking correct the problem and give me a pizza! I think the delivery driver took the initiative and got my pizza re ordered. Thanks to whoever the manager was, they never introduced themselves or cared to. OH, they found my pizza in the wrong marked box for delivery. Is there anybody in charge? That was just my experience here.

I noticed a pattern here at this location. One of the employees making the pizza has personal prejudice agenda. I even tested this theory several times! Whenever I order and it says either my first or last name which is latin. They always make the pizza effortlessly, or forget something. I told my husband this. And he told me to put his name which is obviously not Latin more on the African American side.. each time it’s done on time, made to its standard, just everything that they do the opposite of mine. I’ve even changed different names s for pick up still of Latin descent. Some black person in there has a personal problem with Latins lol.

Not a hard job honestly. I used to work for papa johns. I order almost the same thing each time i order and being stuck in Gaithersburg in a hotel until my house is finished i have ordered out more than i should. Order is a large thin crust extra sauce extra pepperoni well done SQUARE CUT! and out of all the times i have ordered in the past 5-6 months 2 or 3 have been made correctly. Other times i receive the incorrect drink, missing sauces and very late orders. I know that they “route” the food well before it leaves to keep their numbers consistently down and look good. very bad management and owner ideals on that. It just frustrates customers.

The app did not ask for a tip . . Once I realize this, I called the tip in. The driver sent me a text message asking me to leave . I have never been so offended and out rage from a food delivery. . I was given an option of resending the tip, and I said no give the driver the tip. However, it will be a long time before I order from Papa Johns because I do not want this delivery driver ever delivering for me in the future..

The kids that work the (evening) late shift get my order wrong 50% of the time. What’s going on? Papá John’s Pizza is better than most pizza places in the Germantown/Gaithersburg are but the staff at this location keeps on messing up my order(s.) These same late shift kids don’t have very good communication skills. This location used to be a good spot but it’s just gone downhill during the past few years.

Tried the new Papa John’s Papadias. Had the meatball and pepperoni also had a barbecue grill chicken and the Philly steak and cheese. They’re good. They are filling and taste amazing. For 6 bucks it’s worth it. I’d pay up to 10 bucks. Papa John’s guts did a gr8 job. Thanks

I just had a terrible pepperoni pizza, usually Papa John’s pizza is good. But this location definitely serves thr worst papa John’s pizza. The pepperoni we quality was so poor, very bad quality pizza. This location specifically have a very bad staff I believe, they dono how to talk, I’m pretty sure that guys working here can understand English but they cannot talk or might b other reason that these guys r not well at greeting or respecting their customers. However, the carry out order was done within 15 mins, this deserved a star.
