If I could give barely a star I would. I have always loved papa John’s for almost 30 years. and this by far has been the worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza and recieved it and it was dry and old and cold. I called to complain and they said “they only had 4 drivers and that they would remake the pizza in an hour” and i said ok. They didn’t say “oh I’m sorry that your pizza was old dry and cold we will remake it for you” like you are supposed to. They just said “it will take an hour to remake” and hung up on me. I called back for status and its closed. I will never order again from this location. This is unacceptable period!!

So disappointing to spend money on a pizza that was terrible. Soggy, tasted like it had cheap disgusting cheese. It was the worst pizza I ever tried. I could only eat one slice of a xl pizza.and trow away the rest. I won’t be buying from papa John’s ever again.

Ordered 10 piece chicken nugs and got 30 micro-pieces instead- no meat, only breading. I can’t believe anyone would package this and think it’s acceptable. Called the store and a gentleman claiming to be the manager essentially gave me a “that sucks” response. They said they cannot give refund but if I want I can go and pick up new order of 10 piece nuggets. No thank you :).

This is the second time! I ordered through app, my credit card was charged and when I get there to pick up. They say they can not find my order. And simply say that the app does not work properly. The first time I had to dispute the charges with bank and I have not still been refunded after 2 months and here we are. It happened today again.

I walked in exactly at closing time, but the gentleman still offered to take my order, and made the best pizza I have had in a long time! I ordered a chicken, olive, and green pepper pizza and it was just right! Lightly crispy on the bottom, with a fluffy and flavorful dough, with just the right amount of toppings to satisfy each bite! So they sent me one of the driest pieces I’ve ever seen in my life. On top of the pizza being dry I call back so they can fix the order they argued about it and then said they will send out another pizza within a hour. I’ve gotten no pizza and on top of that they took my money and they will not pick up the phone even that customer service people is trying to call them now and they still won’t pick up the phone the worst customer service and pizza ever
