Got my order in a reasonable time, and the driver was nice, as well as the pizza and cheesy bread being good! However, I didn’t get extra dipping sauce that I ordered! Pettie? Maybe, but when I order and pay for something, I expect to get it! Also ordered the new boneless buffalo wings but what I got was some kind of chicken bites with buffalo sauce drizzled over parts of them (not even 1 of the 10 that they give was completely covered by the sauce!) Don’t know if I accidentally got some other type of chicken side or if this is what they are trying to pass off as boneless Buffalo wings! Which if that’s the case its highly disapointing! Finally, and about to get petty again, but I don’t appreciate a tip being automatically added at checkout! The final price in the cart should be the same as the final price in checkout! Then I’ll add my own tip depending on the driver, as I did with this order!

First off got a pizza and the dough is raw. Called and just asked for a new pizza. Called several times after not receiving a pizza in an hour and a half. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and staff refused to tell me why I still have not received my pizza. Then I told they have 1 driver at the store. This is stated as a retired military owned store, as a retired military service member this is unacceptable. If it was the weekend maybe I would understand but this was a Tuesday night. Unacceptable worst service

I walked in this establishment for a carryout order at 9:40pm on May 4,2023 to order a pizza and was greeted by the rudest little boy at the counter. When I said hello and he said ” what” again is said “hello I would like to place a order”. He immediately rolled his eyes and acted as if he had a problem in taking the order 20 mins before they stopped carryout orders.

I ordered extra cheese on 2 pizzas, and neither appeared to have beyond the regular amount. One of them was missing cheese and toppings on almost 3 slices, and it clearly didn’t slide, just wasn’t there.

Got my food fast and fresh. Eric the drive was fast and very polite!! We had a few laughs and he left. I called back and left an additional $20 tip and talked to he manager! When you get good service you have to put in a review and let the boss know. Most importantly leave a tip! Great job papa johns team! We will definitely order again and hopefully we get him.

Terrible timing and service. I ordered an online order at 9:36pm on a Wednesday, therefore, not a busy night. An hour later still no pizza. So I call the store and the woman on the phone tells me that the delivery driver will be leaving soon with it so expect it in another 30 minutes. I’m sorry, what?! One hour and 30 minutes for one pizza? You’re kidding me right? So when questioned, she tells me the excuse is because they only have one delivery driver tonight. Absolutely ridiculous. Even if that’s true, it doesn’t mean your pizza takes one hour to make and still have a half hour travel time. Even when I expressed my disappointment, all she had to say was “Well, sorry.” Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever dealt with. Would not recommend.

order at 11:15PM ordered was accepted and remained at preparing until closing time. No call from them they they could not get the pizza ready nor cancellation email. So I guess now I have to call when they open in the morning and tell them to cancel.
