This is the second time they’ve messed up my food order and gave me the wrong thing. This time I ordered 2 cheesesteak papidas and they give me a Italian one and then one with no steak and 3 pathetic green peppers. I’ll never order from this store again and if you do I’d check it before the delivery person leaves. 2 terrible experiences. Bye Papa Johns.

To be honest right off the bat I mostly order from Papa John’s because my son loves their breadsticks. They do make a good pizza, and their crust is a favorite of mine. Usually when I have an issue with them it’s because of the drinks. On more than one occasions the sodas are not cold on arrival. Actually they weren’t even cold when they left the store.

I order take out and it’s always on time and the midshipmen that receive these are always happy. To be fair, Domino’s is down the road and cheaper, but so far, this Papa John’s hasn’t disappointed. I only do the deals or specials. The regular prices are an absolute ripoff.

I am a regional Trainer for a statewide business. My statewide training facility is in gambrills and I use this location for ordering lunch 1-2 times a month. Today the driver refused to bring my large order into the the training room stating policy was only to bring it to the front door? I will certainly change my review if someone can clearly explain this policy to me.
