Anytime an employee finishes eating while working, and feels it’s perfectly okay to lick his fingers thoroughly, then handle the pizzas of multiple customers to find my order, clearly needs training and shouldn’t be working at a restaurant. He sorted through 5-10 customer orders! Gross! They also continously make mistakes with the orders!

Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for delivery. Missing part of our order. Took 20 min to get someone on phone. Supposed to be re-delivered within 30 min. It’s now been 1.5 hours since I called. No pizza. Been on hold for 20 minutes. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

These are supposed to be cheese sticks, not a slapped out pizza that’s been converted to cheese sticks. I love papa John’s cheese sticks, but apparently this location will only make them correctly when I come to pick them up. I called the manager about them, she said her name was Kay, and she gave me a credit. But before I could ask all my questions, she hung up the phone. Can you find ppl with less attitude to work for your company? Can I have a consistent experience? Geez

This is my first time leaving a review. The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Why would someone work in pizza place if they can’t even cut the medium size pizza? Is the small piece for a baby? What about toppings? Look at how they throwed 3 layered pepperonis. Seems like they don’t want to work. Quality of $20 pizza is worse than walmart frozen pizza to me.

This place is always friendly and when doing carry out it’s very fast and fresh. Delivery sucks but the carry out option is awesome. Delivery takes over an hour and most of the time it was sticking to top of pizza box.

I told myself I wouldn’t go back there after my husband waited almost 2 hours to get our order and the quality has seemed to gone downhill. Well tonight was the last straw. My order said it was ready on the app so I headed over. The timeframe I was given was 15 to 20 minutes and I was there within about 25 minutes. When I got there it wasn’t ready and they said a few more minutes. Well after waiting a total of 40 minutes it’s still wasn’t ready and they said three minutes I promise and I asked if there was a problem with the order but they said it was almost ready. They were kind enough to give me free pizzas next time for my wait but when I took the pizzas to the car One of them was the wrong pizza. I ordered a shack a Roni which was correct and I New York style pizza with extra sauce and banana peppers. That pizza also had pepperoni all over it which I couldn’t eat because I don’t eat meat. When I took it back in they said the New York style pizza always has pepperoni. That is incorrect. They don’t know their own items. They New York style pizza nowhere on the website or on my order says it has pepperoni on it. It is just like any other regular pizza that you can add toppings to. Well they tried to be nice about it and give me my money back but I left there was no dinner and will not be back

This is the worst papa johns i have been to. The workers seem angry to have a job there, and the place just feels dirty. After getting my order, I went to my car and watched a delivery driver literally throw pizzas into her trunk, remove the papa johns sign from her roof, and speed away. Also, employees feel it is okay to smoke directly in front of the entrance, with their aprons! I’m sure everyone loves some secondhand smoke with their order of pizza. At one point there were 3 of them out there. I’m sorry but this is not on par with the service seen at other locations.

Ordered carry out this past Tuesday around 7pm 8-23. Got pizza home only to find the crust at the bottom of my stuff crust pepperoni was paper thin with hardly no cheese at all. The cheese pizza was correct as well as cheese sticks. I called spoke with a female manager. Her customer service was at at 1. I explained to her what happened and if she could start the remake so I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. She then said you will still have to wait. We have a lot of orders in at the moment. So rude, I explained that’s why I’m Calling so I don’t have to wait not to mention it was a mistake on your behalf. Needless to say when I arrive back at the restaurant pizza was not done. The guys that remade pizza were very friendly while the manger never said two words to me. He even offered me a drink for my wait and troubles. Manager… nothing! If anything he should def be promoted and manager Demoted. I’m New to area and I will NOT be visiting this location again. I will drive out of the way before taking my business here. Owners need to realize you need strong managers these day. People are working hard for their money and want to be valued. Customer service is everything!
