We order pizza from here every Friday night. We always get the exact same thing. I always get an extra cheese pizza. This is the third week in a row that my extra cheese pizza has barely had any cheese on it. There should be more cheese on this even if I wouldn’t have ordered xtra cheese. Last week, they didn’t put the pepperonis on my son’s gluten-free pizza, so I had to do it myself and throw it in the oven. Luckily, we had pepperonis. I also added a picture of my husband’s pineapple pizza, which had more cheese than my pizza, but his was not extra cheese!

I ordered Bleu cheese with my order and received like, 9 cups of ranch. Not one Bleu cheese. I ordered 4 pepperocinis and got 40, I ordered spinach on my entire pizza and got spinach on half. I get paid by the hour and not getting what I’ve essentially had to work 2.5 hours to afford is stupid especially since I paid for the extra cups and spinach on all of the pizza. Edit to add: I called the restaurant and the manager was more than accommodating. Very nice, very customer oriented. I appreciate her diligence. Edit: I’ve changed my review again. 40 minutes after calling the first time, there was no change. I was asked to put the 40 pepperocinis and extra cups outside and no one came and management had apparently changed hands. I called again and spoke to a different manager, a guy, who fixed everything immediately. Brandon is the only reason I will ever order from here again. Originally a 3/5, but Brandon fixed everything. Customer service is an 113/10 with him. If you don’t develop that talent, I will take him at my shop in a heartbeat. Not even kidding.

Don’t go there if you want quick food. Just a large pizza was 27-37 min wait, at 6pm. It’s took an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. This was take out, not delivery.

I accidentally placed my order for carry out when meaning to place it for delivery. I called the store when I realized and the manager had it sent out with a driver immediately and assured me it was no problem. And the food was still hot and cooked correctly. People always leave reviews when they have a bad experience so wanted to make sure they were recognized for their exceptional customer service as well.

Over 30 dollars for a single large pizza to be delivered. Store charges a delivery fee, buy doesn’t give that money to the delivery driver. Too pricey when there are cheaper, better options (looking at you carinis).

Last time I’ll order from them! For some reason my last two, very simple pizza orders were messed up but I decided to try again last night, Ordered a veggie pizza and a papidia. It was supposed to arrive in 30-40 minutes, ok great. I kept watch for the delivery person so I could make sure I beat the dog to the door when it arrived. Finally at the 1 hour mark with no delivery I called to get a status on it. It was raining and I figured Mountain Rd traffic at 8pm could have been why it was taking so long. To my surprise the order WAS DELIVERED. I found it on my front step, soaking wet! This cost me $40 with delivery and tip. Not only was it wet and cold, ants decided to take shelter in the box. It was DISGUSTING. I guess this was ‘no contact delivery’ even though I didn’t request it. And it would have been fine if the driver would have used a little common sense and banged on the door and made sure the customer was aware their order had arrived. No more, I’m done with this place and it makes me angry because I really do like the food.

We were given an estimate of 23 to 33 minutes; but the pizzas showed up at 55 minutes -COLD- and with no acknowledgement or apology from the driver. Since they showed up so late, my niece was picked up without getting to eat dinner. When I called to complain, and find out what happened, all I got was a ringing phone (with an automated recording about how successful the owner is) for 10 minutes… No one ever answered the phone.

Just had my pizza delivered and it didn’t have any sauce on it! Because I asked for an extra garlic sauce they got confused. At least that’s the excuse they gave me. The on duty supervisor wouldn’t take either one of my calls. 1st time I was left on the phone 12 minutes, not on hold, just an open line. I called back, same thing. That manager, I believe they said it was issued Chrissy, should be fired. She kept telling the counter people to find out what I wanted because she was too busy. I could hear her. FIRED.

I’m a pizza lover!! But this Papa Johns is horrible. My pizza wasn’t hot when I got it nor have the right toppings on in, also my wings are not even hot and they didn’t give me ranch either. Only thing I got good from this place was my bottle brisk! I’ll for sure go to another Papa Johns next time..
