Did they stop giving out the garlic sauce with the pizzas? Ordered 2 got none. My kid was super disappointed, and you can’t really check with the sealed up boxes they give you now. I’d have gladly paid extra for them if they changed something but no heads up on a policy change is a super disappointment. We ordered 2 weeks ago from forest hill and got them so this may be a location dependent issue.

We don’t get pizza alot, we’ve use this location of Papa John’s 6 to 8 times in the past year. Order was always ready on time, the place was clean and the people were friendly. A good hardworking crew that should be commended for their customer service. The pizzas were, like today always excellent, well made, properly cooked. We’re thankful to have this place nearby.

Rude, trash & dirty. Employer takes money from peoples checks which is highly illegal!!they don’t properly label their prepped foods which sit out all the time. Bugs land in the pizza sauce. Good luck eating here!

The owner refused to take a school fundraiser card when their store name is listed as a participating franchise. When I questioned it, the owner hung up on me. I can’t support any business that is dishonest- especially when it deals with supporting a local high school.

Driver was extremely rude 2xdays, after the first day got stuck in our driveway and I got him unstuck, delivered to us again and was extremely rude agin, called the manager and she was useless making excuses why he was rude due to his hourly wage. Not my fault they get paid poorly when I’m pretty generous about my tips due to the mileage he deliverers. Would not recommend this papajohns, and if you do order don’t waste ur time with the useless manager.

Driver was extremely rude and didn’t want to give me my food until I tipped him. He had an attitude and got smart with me before practically throwing my food at me and storming off when I told him he wasn’t getting a tip. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would give zero stars if that was possible.
