Papa John’s used to be a really good pizza for reasonable prices. Honestly all pizza places have gone up. Last night I ordered pizza on the app so that I could pick it up on the way home from work. Something happened with one of my pizzas and they had to remake it which they did quickly. When I got it home it was hot but that was where everything good ended. I had ordered two of their new New York style pizza, one with salami in black olives and the other with meatballs and a three cheese blend. Neither of them felt like they had hardly any sauce, I’m not sure if that’s because of the bake on it or they were just not putting a lot on it. The New York style pizza is advertised as being cut into only eight slices because it’s meant to have large foldable slices, but they definitely cut it like a regular extra large pizza. Definitely feel like both were overcooked. The flavor was not good, and while one pizza had adequate toppings at least, the meatball one barely had any toppings on it and the way that they cut it which of course wasn’t the way it was supposed to be done, there wasn’t even a single meatball on each slice. I know that I will never order meatball again if I even order from Papa John’s ever again.

I have ordered 3 times recently with estimated wait time of 30 minutes or so. Twice I cancelled after an hour of waiting and both times were still charged on my credit card even though delivery was refused and sent back. The other I waited and finally got my order 2 hours after order and an hour after it said “out for delivery” needless to say I will not be ordering from this location for a while since it takes a credit card dispute to get my money back… too bad I lose my papa bucks.

Anyway I could give it negative stars I would. Pizza was dry and four sausages on it for 34 bucks. Sorry middle eastern people have different customs. They don’t wash their hands. Place is filthy dirty. Call me a racist I could care less. I’m being honest. Sorry I hurt your feelings..

This location is HORRIBLE. Ever since The former GM, Erin Phifer and Asst. Manager, Shelby Dargan left this location due to promotion, this Location has gone DOWNHILL. Since their departure, EVERY ORDER I have placed has been wrong. The Employees attitude is Terrible. They are not friendly. They don’t greet you or Thank You for your order. GM ZACH HAHN needs to be TERMINATED, because he does not know how to run a business, and he has NO CONTROL over his Employees. I gave this location 1 STAR, because You can’t give them a “0” rating, which they deserve. If you want your order cocompleted with ACCURACY, DO NOT order from this location. If you want to have your order done right with ACCURACY, order from Shelbys store at 7400 E Belair Rd. 21236. IT’S WORTH THE DRIVE.

I ordered fresh pizza with toppings. Instead they gave me old cheese pizza and threw toppings on which fell off when you picked up the pizza. The pizza was done in 5 min and it was Luke warm. They were trying to save money. You can’t treat people food this way. I understood that papa johns supposed make you fresh new pizza every time. Not give you left overs. The pizza taste left over. That’s why I don’t feel bad for these business going down. You can do better!! Here’s the receipt.

The Staff is very IMPOLITE & UNFRIENDLY. This store has going downhill since Erin & She left the store due to promotions. I HIGHLY recommend to go the the 7400 Belair Rd location. Shelby Dargan is the GM, and that location has a Extremely Friendly staff, and you will receive your order in a timely manner. The Middle River store is HORRIBLE!!

Ordered carry out for a special they had on app. It was a large specialty pizza and a large 2 topping for $28. Ordered the pepperoni, sausage, and 6 cheese with stuffed crust and a mushroom with Italian sausage. The app is awesome and provides accurate updates of each step the order is in. Order was ready when the app said it was. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I came in and thanked me when I left. Establishment was clean and organized. The pizzas were so delicious and I was so happy they did the stuffed crust perfectly. So many pizza places don’t get this right, the ratio of cheese is always too little or non existent, but Papa Johns did it right!!!!

I ordered 1 extra large cheese pizza for delivery on Friday evening, the total cost was $27.77. I checked my account Saturday evening and noticed that I had been charged 3 times for the $27.77. No one contacted me to explain the mistake, or to assure me of any reimbursement. I’m currently awaiting their opening so I can resolve this issue.
