I have ordered multiple times from this location and each time, I either get a delivery with a crushed box or late delivery with pizza that is barely warm. Tried my luck at picking up at the store once to only to arrive at the drive through and waiting 20 mins after pizza was reported as complete because someone else was allowed to order through the drive thru but not told to wait somewhere else. Ordering from here makes me wish tips were refundable. At least the food arrived I suppose.

Pizza here is almost always decent..Always had great service with delivery. Some very young staff inside could use training in making pizzas AND basic Customer Service. 99.9% of the time my pizza is good, and was made RIGHT. Charging .75 for SAUCE CUPS just seems sad & Petty as hell, but. No longer doing WINGS from Papa J & Little Caesars; way too expensive for the TINY wings you get which sometimes look as though they may have just been THROWN together ANY kind of way.with buffalo sauce sitting in top only, not even tossed a little.

DON’T!! Every time I have ordered from this particular Papa John’s location my order has been messed up or not ready! I always pay in advance so that I can just go inside to pick it up without waiting. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO THAT YET! Today is the 3rd time and final straw! I will NOT be returning! Placed my order and paid for it over 45 minutes ago, only to be told that my order was given to someone else. It’s RIDICULOUS! They have GOT to do better!

Usually they’re pretty good but this is my second time ordering and I’ve been on the toilet all weekend because my pizza was not cooked all the way. Super doughy, not cooked all the way through with cheese falling off. Learned my lesson!

Nick is Rude. They hung up on me twice. And I paid almost $19 for 1 three topping pizza that had hardly any toppings on it. Crust was uneven and customer service was not good either. I won’t come here again. 0 stars for this location. I’ve never been treated so pourly.

Customer service at the drive thru window was great. I can’t remember the guy who helped us name I’m sorry but he was a younger guy I think he had blonde hair but anyway he was nice and informative. The food was hot and so yummy and the price was unbeatable we got 3 medium pizzas and hot lemon pepper wings all for 19$ now we did have 10$ in papa dough toward it but still I mean even at the full price where can you get all that food these days for 29$?? No where !!
