I gave a low rating because this place and other pizza places seemed like they don’t know how to cut a pizza evenly and thoroughly. One side of the pizza seemed to have larger slices while the other side was cut smaller. This should not be rocket science on how to cut a pizza pie. The pizza was barely cut. Had to use my own pizza cutter. Seriously?

It was late at night, Nicholas greeted me with a warm smile and a kind demeanor. I’m not sure if he had great intuition or could see the sadness on my face but it seemed he knew that kindness was needed when he offered to make us a pizza even though I think they were closing.

Spoke with a “Manager” who promised 4 Pizzas delivered on Friday at 11:30AM. For reasons unknown to me this genius scheduled delivery on Sat. Well guess what? You guess it. Never do business with this location. Incapable, inept, and inferior listening skills. Can’t get the day of the week right on a 82.00 order? Pathetic!

Some of the worst service I have ever gotten from any pizza place. Rude over the phone and manager Rich (Rick?) chose to call my personal cell phone both from the store number and then after I block the store number his personal cell. Please choose any other store to go to if you don’t want to be harassed by management.

Very disappointed. They said my order would be 45 to 55 minutes., and they would call when they were outside.After about 70min. I looked outside to see if I saw any site of the delivery person and there was my order sitting on the roof of my car!!! Cold. I called the store explaining what had happened the rude party said “sorry” and hung up!! No more Papa Johns for me!!

Ordered pizza including drinks. Drinks were not delivered and was told by the driver “call the store”. Called the store and was told by the person on the other end “we will comp you drinks on your next order” except that I paid for the drinks already and was one of the main reasons for ordering delivery to begin with. Phone person acted like it was my problem that they botched the order and to deliver the drinks was a huge imposition to right their wrong. Will NEVER order Papa John’s again. Plenty of other options in the area to have such a callus and indifferent attitude.

Unfortunately, to post review I have to at least give 1 star. They do not rate even a one star sadly. The female manager is rude, my food has been delivered to my neighbor 1 mile from me twice (different neighbors). They offered nothing to compensate me. In fact, I was given the address where it was delivered ( because they claimed they could not find my address) and to to go get it myself.
