Last night I placed an order of breadsticks and brownies for delivery at 8:20. An hour passed and still nothing so I tried calling multiple times but the phone would ring and no one would answer. Finally at 9:30 my food was delivered. The delivery guy says “sorry for the ridiculously long wait. No one cares anymore, it’s really gone downhill. I’m about to quit”. Only to come inside and find the breadsticks were half doughy, half hard as rocks. I live half a mile away. And I tipped. I will never be ordering again….. 0/10. Worst experience.

Last week, we picked up a pizza and saw maggot eggs between the pepporoni on multiple slices. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he shrugged it off like I was looking for a hand out. Told me he would look into it. We notified the Health Department.

Terrible delivery service . Called my pizza in at 6:05 and didn’t arrive until 7:48!! I called the phone number and no one answered the phone. I called back five times. Only got a recording my orders on the way will be there in 3 mins . They have lost a good customer. Pizza was cold and ordered the NY crust and got then crust!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Waited for pizza for an hour and a half (expected to be 45 min) I called to see what the problem was and I was told they’d make a new one and send it out. I understand stuff happens but this isn’t the first time this has happened with this location. When I requested for a reimbursement I was told that they can’t do that was hung up on.

Absolutely horrific delivery times to a location that is less than a 10 minute commute away from my residence. In addition, the large pie i ordered was quite very mouth shivering (very fricken cold) along with it looking like my neighbor’s big toe.

Does papa johns not have their own delivery drivers anymore or something?! The past two times I ordered, I asked that they text or call when they are here dropping my pizza. Both times I open my door to cold pizza because they failed to even knock on my door. There is no tracking on the app any more, so how am I supposed to know when my order arrives? I was blur to call the store because it had been an HOUR and still no call, no text, no alert, nothing. Terrible service now since they changed whatever they’re doing with drivers. I’ll pay the extra for pizza Hut next time. I’m disappointed.

the pizza is good but they need to stop using door dash for the delivery. twice my pizza didn’t show up. apparently they delivered it to an apartment 12 buildings down. the door dash driver refused to bring the pizza to the correct address. my pizza is cold now because I had to go hunt it down. thankfully papa john’s gave me a refund but it is frustrating.

Been ordering from this store for a few years, no issues. Lately, though, the pizza has been delivered by DoorDash. Each time it arrives late and cold. I understand they’re short on drivers, but I’d rather no pizza than cold pizza.
